I have no complaints towards the employees or pharmacist. But I have been deciding wether or not to leave a review. Then I thought about it and here we are. I was shopping with my son and he had to use the bathroom. The condition of the womens bathroom was disgusting!! It is the most disgusting public bathroom I have ever seen! Pregnant women, elderly, moms with kids we all have to use a bathroom at times while shopping! Please fix that and make it sanitary!

Yesterday I went to Rite Aid specifically to get info on two inoculations that I feel are important at this time of year. I have asked elsewhere while shopping Safeway but the sign up process was more of the same...(Go home and sign in on line, make an appointment - if you get through. And consequently I would have had to wait weeks.)

The pharmacy team is very friendly and promptly fill your rx when you are in a hurry. Especially Ben Vorster who is very friendly, caring and efficient.

Had to comment, given the negativity of the only other comment. I love the Rite Aid pharmacy. The male pharmacist, Ben Vorster, is always extremely helpful, counseling us on best over-the-counter options, and answering all questions about prescriptions and/or vaccines. Diane Kawachi is also unfailingly polite and professional. I would guess that this is true with other pharmacies in town, but Rite Aid's crew has given me no reason to look elsewhere.

I transferred all my RX's from Brand X on the hill a few weeks ago. Why didn't I do this sooner???What a great place and competent staff. No line. Had a clue. Very friendly. Kinda like a pharmacy should be W!!!!

Pharmacy: 5/5! Lester in the pharmacy is wonderful. He is efficient, quick with great communication. We have had many issues with other pharmacies with awful wait times, refills not filed in a timely manner and medication availability. Lester was able to fill a transferred medication within minutes. Thank you Lester!
