“I decided to learn to ski last year, and went in to Doug's with only a snowboarding background and the most basic knowledge of ski equipment. The guys in the shop were extremely knowledgeable, took their time explaining things to me without making me feel like a fool, and got me into a set of boots that fit me almost perfectly.

This year I had a hot spot on one foot and went back in to get it figured out, and they remembered me from last year!
