The owner is great as well as the manager. It's affordable and I've never had a problem. Not climate controlled, and not behind security , but good quality for the price and what it is.

Very old and funky. Cheapest prices in the area. Need better upkeep. But then it wouldn't be so cheap I guess . It serves it purpose.
