Negative five stars i cant believe they charged 480 for a ombre hair dye and it looks like my 9 yr old kid did it I understand they got to get some money out of it but come on 480 for someone to mess up ur hair n now u got to go somewhere else to get it fixed the bleach the most it cost 20 n the dye if that another 20 i mean 80 would of been more understandable since such a horrible job was done n lools nothing like what ombre hair color supossed to be not even close. And no shame taking 480 from a client that obviously was not satisfied n obviously dont look like nothing close to ombre it looks bloche im front. U think the stylist would have a Lil bit of dignity and credibility for how bad of a job she did at least took just a hundred since it is a bussiness even tho they messed it up but 480.00 wow now talk about someone taking advantage major i even feel ashamed n I didn't do it how sad how people are so money hungry n careless n insensitive to others n shame on u letting someone walk out of ur place looking so bad messing up there hair n thats ur name and reputation ur putting out there for urself especially over charging someone i mean 480.00 for a few colors added in not even close to the look ombre looks more like a at home job done by first time teenagers dying there own hair for just the cost of the product n not no 480.00 just to have to stay looking with a bad hair coloring just to have to go spend more money getting it fixed u should be ashamed of urself and give that girl 75% of her money back. If u are a professional bussiness owner or stylist. If u are unable to satisfy ur client or accept you did a bad job n charge only for the product used n offer to fix it or apologize because you failed at ur job .something but not charging ur client 480.00 . I dont know what else to say. But if they cant make it right then ill just have to continue with writing reviews. Because this client is such a nice person she just paid it because she just wanted out of there why ask someone to fix something if they couldnt get it right the firsttime

Every couple of years I end up having my hair cut here-- (when I am unable to get an appointment with my regular stylist..etc). Every time I hope it will not end up looking like I handed scissors to a nine year old boy who attempted to cut my hair while playing a video game at the same time. Every time I see the results, that is exactly what it looks like. Every time I pretend I am ok with it just to avoid making it worse. It is my own fault due to my optimistic nature and my ability to conveniently "forget" how bad the previous experiences actually were. Good points:

Laura cut, dyed, and styled my hair flawlessly! I showed her a picture of what I wanted done and her accuracy was off the charts. She also waxed my eyebrows and I am definitely going back.

Laura has been doing my hair for 10 years now (crazy right?) and she's the ONLY person I trust with my platinum blonde hair. She will never do anything that will hurt your hair or look bad and she goes out of her way to make sure it is exactly what you want. We've been through every color in the book and I always leave very satisfied. She's not only talented but she is incredibly personable--she remembers things about people and always asks how my family, school, job, etc are and I appreciate the level of service she gives. Would recommend 100%. :)

#1 salon to go . Laura does amazing work and It totally shows in person and her before & after photos. She always Listen to what you want done, wither it is a simple or dramatic cut, color, extensions. She is also willing to change it up. She is very creative and talented at everything she does when it comes to hair. Best salon to go 2 in the gorge
