When he realized how much I'd been bounced around by the manager, he worked extra hours to get the truck finished by the time it was to be picked up.
This year I bought a vehicle with a rebuilt title that just needed some paint done, so I thought of Rob again and reached out for a quote. When I contacted them, I was pleasantly surprised to hear the old manger was gone. Tommy, the new office manager, was great to work with. He promptly communicated the timeline for the work, realized a part was missing from the repair work already done, and had my truck ready when they said it would be...and the paint looked great.
