All I can say is, "WOW!" This was the best pedicure I have ever had in my LIFE, and I have had lots of pedicures! From the relaxing massage chair I sank into, to the blissful lengthy leg and foot massage with hot stones and then steamy towels on my lower legs to the gel polish that lasts for weeks, I left a complete noodle with beautiful feet. This is my new "go to" for nails. Bravo!

Absolutely the best pedicure I have found in a very long time. They all were very friendly. Establishment was very clean. They always asking if everything was good along the way and made sure we were happy before we left. Anytime I am in Hood River I will stop in and see them. Thank you for the amazing service.

used to love this place, but now they're tripping about the prices. every time i went it got more expensive each time and they would try the most to charge you more. so read their service menu and know your prices or they WILL charge you more. not me though i'll go somewhere else

READ THE REVIEWS. LOTS OF COMPLAINTS ABOUT HIKING CHARGES AFTER SERVICE IS DONE. THEY DID IT TO US. I was charged almost 2x what I was told I would pay! I made an apt for me to get a full set of short acrylic nails and for a child to get nail polish. I was quoted $45 for me and $6 for her beforehand and confirmed it when we got there with the techs before any work was done. I declined nail art, and every upgrade including longer lengths, gems, nail art, sip mails, fancy nail styles and techniques. I asked for just the basic short nails with clear coat. We were finally ready to leave 1.5 hours later because the tech kept taking phone breaks. The nail service itself was okay but I did have to correct him 3x because he tried to move onto other nails without fully covering a nail tip with the powder which makes the nail because the way he did it left my nail bed fully exposed down the middle and its side was slanted and raised high because he loaded too much on one side (something I have never had happen elsewhere in the decades I have had my nails done). INJURY BY TECH SUSTAINED: Also, I was injured by the tech. Rather than saying anything to me about turning my finger or hand a certain way, he just twisted it with a painful grab and jerk several times. By the end, one wrist was sprained and hurt for days after. This also does not include the fact he asked if I wanted my nail cuticles cut back or not and I said no, but then he ddrill filed half of them which cut me and made them bleed. In the end, I had short nails that looked okay but the look was ruined by pink scabby cuticles above them as they healed for a week after! It also really hurt going through that and unncessary. THE BAIT AND SWITCH. I THINK WHAT THEY DID MAY BE ILLEGAL: They tell me I owe a lot more. Why? "we do your nails" is the answer. What? How is this okay? I got the quote by phone when I made the appointment and I spoke with him and my daughter's tech Before we got our nails done and confirmed the price, which makes 3x I confirmed it, and then they bait & switched prices after the fact! I got up to leave and he handed me the ticket with the price on it. I asked why it was so much, and he said half was the charge for my child, and the rest is because he said "I use good tools, good powder, you get good nails." What? I asked him, "didn't I get the most basic options, what we agreed to in the beginning, so how does it cost more?" "You did. You ask for nails, and I give it, so now you owe this." "I know, but this isn't what I was told 3x before I got service for the cost." He and the counter lady say, "this is what you owe, you pay now" and "this is your bill, you pay here (asking for my credit card)." Under duress I had no choice but to pay. I offer cash and they gesture no and want a card, so I am turned down and have to pay by credit card. But why would anyone charge extra for using the tools of their trade to do a service job when you already had a written contract (their price menu) and verbal contract (their 3x confirmation - by phone, and with each tech) and secretly add that charge to your bill? I think they legally have to disclose changing the price on something if the terms of price change from the time I sat down until time to check out if the charges changed. I agreed in good faith to pay what they quoted, not higher, so how can they change the terms we agreed to? It makes no sense. They still expect me to hold up on my end to pay and I expect them to do the job at the price they quoted to do it for. ADDED UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES: Also, do you know how small a kid's nails are? I could have bought her dozens of bottles of polish for that price! They said I have to pay $82 plus a credit card use fee $2.05 which they did not disclose anywhere or have a sign to that effect (even though they would not take my cash and asked for the card), and I was told I have to add a tip or they will add one to my card for me! I told Amy as I left, if I could leave more than 5 stars I would. I came in the day before I was a bridesmaid in a wedding because I needed to redo a horrible manicure I had done by a different salon, and not only was she able to make it work with a last-minute appointment, she turned a disaster into the perfect dip manicure that I still can't stop looking at. She was also so kind and patient as I nitpicked over everything. I hope I'm back in Hood River at some point soon; these are the best nails I've had in years.

horrible 10 minute spa pedicure, painted toes nails, burnt my feet. worst $32 I've ever spent. I will never return to this nail salon.

My pedicure was so nice with callus removal and wax. I felt very pampered and loved every minute of it. He also messaged my legs and used hot rocks. It was such a wonderful experience.

We came in last minute toward the end of the business day and they were able to fit us in. I got a gel pedicure, the guy worked on my feet did a thorough job.
