I can always find what I need here, no problem. Matt helped me the last couple times and was extremely helpful. He knew where the parts were and even showed me how to install. The store is clean and organized well.

On March 11, 2023 I became stranded 200 miles from home in Hood River Oregon. The manager April at this Auto Zone worked hard on my behalf to make sure they got the part ordered on that I needed to make it back home. She personified excellent customer service and helped me in a way that mattered to both me and my family. Thank you Auto Zone for being the best.

I had an issue with the positive battery terminal not adequately connecting to the post to let the battery charge properly, went in and in less than 10 minutes it was determined that the connection needed to be tightened and a sizing cap (not sure of the exact part) was replaced for free. Excellent service, everything was explained as it was being evaluated and repaired. I highly recommend this store for professional quality service.

Very disappointed this evening. Went to pick up my fob that I order last week. They did not call me to tell me it was in. Then I discovered it was not a fob but a cover for my fob. The Manager Mandy was unhelpful she returned it but would only give me a merchandise card for the credit. She would not put the amount back to my cc! Why would I want to buy anything else if they cannot order what I wanted to begin with! I do not recommend this business.

I was traveling to Hood River and my Explorer was acting funny. I stopped at AutoZone and boom! April was very helpful right off the bat. She checked my battery and sure enough it was going kaput. She explained all my options on purchasing a new one, helped me decide on the best one for my needs AND installed it all in 20 minutes. Great customer service.

On my way down from Mt Adams, my car's alternator started failing. I managed to coast in to the hood river autozone. My battery died as I rolled up to the store. The employees here were great at helping me figure out what was wrong and let me borrow tools to install the new alternator. They installed a new battery for me too.I really appreciated their help and was able to get home after a long night and day on the mountain.

Terrible customer service on the phone. The guy taking calls seemed as if it was an inconvenience to find the parts I needed. I will not ever give this place my business again.
