Ken and the team at Apland Jewelers worked with my wife and I to help us build a custom ring for Mother’s Day. Ken showed us an array on emeralds at different price points and clarity levels to help us select the perfect stone. Once we had our stone picked out he worked closely with my wife to develop designs and ensure the end product was exactly what we were looking for. This was the first time we’ve had a custom piece of jewelry made, but it certainly won’t be the last! The Apland team were knowledgeable, professional, and communicative throughout the process, and delivered a truly incredible piece to commemorate my wife’s first year as a mother. We will definitely be back again soon!

Talk about customer service! I took in a well-worn silver choker for a clasp repair. Apparently the jeweler had accidentally bent it. (It already had a small bend compliments of me.) Apland GAVE me a brand new choker. How lovely was that?

The "pinky" ring that Ken designed and made for me is absolutely beautiful (and "sparkly", too). The 18 karat gold band compliments the ruby perfectly, and the fit was excellent from the first time I put it on. I don't know how he did it, but his design was exactly as I imagined it to be!
