When I finally got someone out to the house it only took him 'David' about an hour to correct the problem's. Unfortunately, because I didn't have WiFi, part of my problem, I overran my allotted data usage. Too easy to do. Fortunately everything is up and running smoothly again and hopefully will remain so.

Best experience of dealing with Xfinity! Super easy to cancel my service. When I tried this by the phone, it was a disaster.
