I have never been more disappointed with a service provider than I am with Xfinity.
Ever since my promotional rate ended, my bill has skyrocketed, and trying to reach customer service has been a complete nightmare. Phone and chat support are practically useless, and I thought visiting the store would be better but visiting the store was even worse—the lady had a bad attitude, and they were making fun of another customer who left because she complained. I haven’t been able to solve my problem with the bill, so I have been paying a lot of money unnecessarily for not being able to have a decent customer service interaction. I left the store feeling frustrated, unheard, and completely dissatisfied. ?
I have been with Xfinity for 14 years, but unfortunately, it’s time to make a change. Hillsboro has other internet service providers, such as Ziply Fiber and Hilight.
Xfinity, do better. Your customers deserve more respect and better service than this.

Ryan was so very helpful and informative. He took customer service to the next level!!! This was the best phone buying and account transferring experience ever!!! Ryan is very knowledgable and patient. Visit this location and you will not be disappointed.

Let me first address the positive. The service tech Matt was awesome. He was very professional and helpful. I appreciated that he made sure to give me a great experience.
Now for the rest of my experience. Everything else has been a complete mess. I set up my service is a store, and the person that helped me asked me 1 questions about my Internet, and that was what I did on he internet. I told him that I game and use it to stream. That "sales rep" then went over to talk to someone else. Then they both came back over to present me with this deal, the other person introduced themselves as a "district manager", they they explained that I would be paying $75 for my Internet but they have this deal, all said an done I declined the deal and just wanted the internet. The district manager then proceeded to try and make me feel dumb for not taking the deal that they offered. I was on my way with my modem about 20 minutes later. I understand that the store is a sales environment and I work in sales but making someone feel dumb to try and get a sale is just sad, especially as they know nothing about how I use technology in my home or daily life.
Then the real fun began after realizing that I did not have a coax cable to connect the modem to. I called in and was spoken to very rudely, and hung up on 3 times, and after finally getting to someone to schedule a tech to come out. That tech never showed up, and then had a call into get a tech the next day. That's when Matt showed up. The Internet was working when he left, and no issues till today.
Then today the Internet went out twice, was on with chat and had a whole new set of issues that came up. I found out that I was signed up for a home phone which I never agreed to, and that my services are more expensive due to that cost. I got my Internet back up and running after an hour and a half of chat and phone calls. Then when they said that I would get connected to get the home phone removed, I found out that the loyalty department was closed and I need to call back in tomorrow. Needless to say this has not been the relaxing finish to my day that I wanted to have.
Now I get to call in the morning to cancel the home phone I never wanted, and potentially get offered a wireless service that I don't want again.

Use to work there . Never trained the correct way . The staff was all budy buddy and if u were new they wouldnt help you . Sighned uo for wifi and phone and canceled my wifi because i moved so i didnt need it anymore and then found out they canceled my phone too like really . Just because i dint have wifi means i cant have phone . What a waste of money and time . They also sighned me up for 5 lines instead of just 2. Never reccomend them . Very poor skilled people there. They also canceled my husbands warenty on his phone after we cancled are wifi …

Bad service, there are no professionals, whenever a claim is made, you come home and have to be on the phone for 2 days because they cut off the internet at home, this is the second time it has happened to me, I am very upset.

Avoid Comcast at all costs. My internet and TV have been down for 2 days now and I keep getting the around from them saying they are working it... it'll be fixed in one hour... dumping Comcast as soon as I find another provider.
