I would frown upon people stalking me, a man with Autism, from the back and the side, and repeating the same message over from Saturday, which I would kindly reject, and say, "No Thank You!"
Are there any business rules stating, "No Loitering!"?

It's a WinCo! There is a pizza oven here. I like this store as it offers the standard wide range of products most WinCo stores offer.

Just walking in you can smell this stuff that is kind of like bark dust but also a bit of something else. In any case best to stay away.

Don't carry Propel drink mix. Plus the only Prepal waters are the bigger bottles of 3 flavors. It would be nice to get a case of 12oz bottles in verity of flavors.

WinCo's prices are usually lower than Freddy's, Safeway, etc. I love their pizzas and deli packaged sandwiches and salads too. The employees are not as friendly or helpful as their competitors .. they seem more indifferent than rude.

Most of the staff are nice. Management seems to have a problem with RVs, I just want water but there's one public option in all of Washington county apparently otherwise you have to pay like .30 cents a gallon, fair, close to a couple hundreds of a percent for mark up but eh, whatever, I get to fill it up. I would love to have a drive through fill up station as a business but that's expensive without land.
If their tank is empty it's going to fill from the city water, so probably 5 gallons a minute or more, the pump brings to the refill station is about 1.25 minutes per gallon when it's empty, so it becomes a waiting game. When it's full it's around 5 gallons a minute, which is nice, unless you need 20-30 gallons like me. I don't want to stick around but sometimes you come in tired and pass out before you're finished. My bad. Sorry. I don't try to make it a habit but my options are incredibly limited for water and parking, I would advocate to local government but frankly as a homeless person with a invisible disability I would look like I'm begging so it would most likely fall on deaf ears, I would need a better spokesperson.

I'm disabled. This Punk Andrew dragged me over and immediately began laying into me as a thief. I was overcharged and was being helped by a nice, sweet girl. He comes over, I'll take care of this. Security! Rips my bags open realized it was his mistake. Wouldn't rebag them or do anything except run off. I know we're not dealing with MENSA here, but c'mon. Take accountability. Worst location by a long shot. I was in the right. Send him back to WINCO school asap! Oh, and he broke my cane. I have half of it. Thanks again ANDREW! Thank God I have a body cam. And where is my watermelon!?
