“The guy serving up food at around 11:45-12:30 ish on 12/14/23 was amazing. Total beast mode lol got my food and drink to me quickly and when the coffee exploded on him he didn't even flinch just made another one real quick. I'd say he belted out around 5-6 orders in under 2 minutes. GIVE THIS GUY A RAISE!!!!!!!!Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheel chair accessible but the CUSTOMERS are extremely rude and inconsiderate. Try to avoid going during peak hours. In my experience people who shop there don't pay attention and they will run you right over with a fully loaded Costco shopping cart and not bat an eye. Wheelchair or not.”

“I like costco as a whole and theyre always very nice and friendly but I just spent an hour at member services getting added onto a family members account because of one of the member service employees. He asked for my email and number after I had just received my membership and he spent 40 minutes inputting the information on the conputer only to then ask me "so do you have a costco account under this email or not?". I was confused because why would I even have one if I was not a member? and why wouldn't he ask that 40 minutes prior to struggling on the computer for nearly an hour? overall just an annoying experience, learn to ask customers basic questions before wasting your own time and mine as well. But this costco is great overall, excellent custom service when doing returns, I was just surprised at the level of incompetence this one time after going for over a decade to the same costco.”

“I had some snow tires and wheels that I wanted to put on the car. I'd gotten them from a different place. There was a $40 charge to put on my snow tires and wheels and take the old regular tires and wheels off. I made the appointment and we went in. Got a text message that they needed to talk to me. Found out that my snow tires and wheels had American racing rims that required a certain spacer which I didn't have and they didn't have. The refunded my $40 and told me how to order this spacer. In the meantime I bought some lug nuts from them for because my lug nuts had gotten bad.They were very good about helping informing me about what I needed and how to go about it”
