This store is beautiful. I can find everything here from a card to a baby gift, a charcuterie board with a cookbook and specialty oils to carefully chosen boutique clothing. It's the perfect gift store for myself and everyone I buy for.

I bought some gifts for someone from here. When I went to checkout, the cashier ran out of the store because she forgot to ring up the previous customers full order and had to go stop that customer. When she rung up my order, she didn’t inform me that my purchase was not returnable because it is classified as a holiday item. Nor did she mark anything in the receipt indicating this. Turns out the candle I bought would cause an allergic reaction to the recipient so I went to return it along with the other gift. The employee working that day told me I couldn’t return the candle because it was an holiday item. She didn’t give me the opportunity to explain the situation. She was extremely short with me during the whole transaction. Then she circled the return policy on the return receipt for the cookbook. I’m sure the business will respond with “the return policy is on the top of the receipt.” Putting the return policy on a receipt is pointless when you cannot return the item after you get the receipt. I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service I received here. I will not be returning or recommending this business.

Loved the vibe of this store! I got a couple of ornaments but could have bought WAY more. It felt warm and welcoming. I'm excited to find a shop like this so close to my home.

A bunch of my Christmas shopping is done thanks to this store, conveniently located next to Insomnia Coffee. I went to the Cedar Mills location and found a bunch of fantastic things. I think they might have a sale for holiday items going on now. Love love love!

Beware of this stores return policy for gifts. I received a sweater for Christmas that was huge so I went to exchange it January 14. I was told their Christmas exchange ended on January 12 so I could not exchange nor return the sweater. Who picks a Thursday for the last day of returns let alone not allow more time after Christmas! It’s not always easy to get to a store right after Christmas for exchanges especially when you don’t live locally. Needless to say I left the sweater at the store as it was useless to me. Now they can resale again for a nice $52 profit. I will never step foot in this store again.

Any time I need a special gift or want something unique for my home, I find it here. They have wonderful selection of goodies for the home. If you haven't stopped in here yet, you should. They would be perfect for that last minute holiday gift!

I started shopping with White Birch in July of this year. I was able to get all my decor for an amazing price at one stop! As well as get a new pair of amazing jeans! They take care of you like family and kill it with the Christmas decorations:) highly recommend
