They postponed and canceled my appointments the day of appointment for no reason. So, if the appointment is important to you, be aware.

I tried to close my account here and they didn't let me do it in person. Said they had no bankers on staff and I had to call the 1800 number. Very frustrating.

We have a few accounts here for many years. Went to cash a large check and they looked at us and treated us like crap. The manager Ryan made us feel like we were doing something wrong he called the bank verified the funds then told us they were not helpful and didn't give any info and to go over there to cash it. We went to the US bank and the lady who he spoke to told him the funds were there and it was good. Ryan told the other bank that it didn't matter what she said he wasn't going to cash it. He is very unprofessional. And treated us like trash! He lied to us. Just because someone doesn't look the part doesn't mean they don't have the part. Ryan is the worse! Talk to another Wells Fargo bank. Explained what we needed to do he looked us up on there system and we have apt Monday to get these checks cashed. We will be going there for all our banking needs for now on. Ryan needs to be retrained in customer service! He doesn't play the part as a manager.

Walked in at 11:30am on Tuesday to close my safe deposit box and told they were booked and couldn’t close it to make an appointment. There was no one but me and another customers at the teller in the entire bank. Told them I called was told no appointment was needed and walk in. Told teller I relocated out state and removing all my belongs and returning keys, then I was told they can squeeze me in at 3:45. Only one person in the building knew how to handle this type of transaction!? Wait what?! There’s literally 3 tellers, a person behind a desk helping no one and not even the manager knows how to close a safe box!? I asked for other options to close this and said I can go to another location fill out a form that needs to be notarized, mail the firm and keys to this location. WTH. I’m done with this bank.

I went in the other day and I tried to stop payment on a bill that had gone rogue. At any rate, I simply needed to just talk to somebody to stop payment on an auto pay bill that I had from a company that had tried to turn it off and for some reason couldn't, then I had canceled my subscription to them but the bill was still coming so I naturally tried to stop payment on it. To get to the point there was only one banker there that can do that and she was booked all the way out to January and I think that's unfair. I do like the fact that I can call customer service and have it done through them and that's what I ended up doing but to be turned away from a bank that I walk into that's got four workers inside and two customers not including me, I think it's almost against the law to only have one person able to do special/specific banking other than deposit or withdrawal and on top of that I don't think that they should have their schedule booked out till January, (for said qualifying bank officer), I think it should be first come first serve and that would be very helpful because I don't want to get in an argument with the deposit/withdrawal worker that was working behind the counter any more than the next guy but I think it's just heartening not to be able to be served correctly when I walk into a business. Please look into remeding that to be as helpful as possible. Thank you for your time. ?️

Never go to this Wells Fargo. Absolutely useless, and not helpful at all. Did nothing to help me with figuring out what went wrong, and instead blamed it on a different bank. Hope this branch closes down

This is the worst customer service at a bank I’ve ever seen. There’sa bunch of employees standing around staring off into space, maybe they are supervising each other?? while there’s a line of people waiting in line. Incredible.

Late, late everydayDrive thru is closed. In some cases, they tell me to go to another store and do it. I hope that Wells Fargo staff will serve customers mainly.

Thanks for making life extremely inconvenient for your customers. One of the many reasons this bank was my choice was the hours. Guess I'm finding a new bank to use

Great Wells Fargo location in the heart of orenco. The service is usually friendly here, however they seem to have a lot of turnover anymore with their tellers, so it's hard to find one that you can stick with, or have a favorite, because it's always seems to be somebody different in short order. Otherwise, generally friendly, and efficient, as usual. Cheers!
