IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. They did my taxes this year and messed up my Oregon State tax refund. And then didn't even have the decency to apologize. They are very UNPROFFESIONALL, RUDE and A BUNCH OF LIARS. they tried to Lie to my face their way out of the huge mistake that they made. From the front desk to the tax preparer. I will NEVER go back there.

They charged for e-file when e-file is free. Then when my friend whent to pick up her 2013 they could not find her file any where
