Close and easy/fast place to shop. Got in, checked myself out and I was gone. I dislike not having checkers but there's always one standing right there to watch you check out. Useless waste of money.

Self check out cashier's should be trained on how to keep the flow going without making customers uncomfortable. I use self checkout because I don't like social interaction. When I say "no thank you" that I don't want to switch lines and don't mind waiting, leave it at that. The employee today yelled at me twice and frantically waved to the other open registers as if there weremsome emergency. When I said no thank you, she started talking to another customer about the situation, making him, me, and the customer in front of me uncomfortable. On a positive note, pharmacy is convenient.

Go in To take cans and bottles back. They sell several items that were rejected. The plastic bottles return was just running and running, wouldn't take any bottles. The 4 people avaliable wouldn't do anything. I guess that part of their job was just to dirty to do a hand count.

Checker at register 4 on 3/12/24 at approximately 9:00pm was extremely rude. The light was off so I asked if she was open 3 times before she rudely answered “the sign says open so I guess I’m open”. I guess I interrupted her opening her candy bar. Management really needs to get better employees with customer service skills. I see why all the other customers were standing in long lines the self checkout. They must have a an experience with her before.
