I’ve had various issues with trying to get meds filled here for the last 2 years.
This time I was prescribed Paxlovil for COVID. I didn’t want be out much because…COVID ??♂️. My meds were being filled as per the Walgreens app for 6 hours. I went to see what was going on and they had no Paxlovil on hand.
Why did it take 6 hours for me to find this out in person. I just gave up. I don’t feel well and don’t want to be out trying to get meds. This is frustrating.

ALERT! I went through a problem and asked help over phone of Baseline, Hillsboro store. Called three time as my phone was cutting off. Last time managed to get the manager of the store. He put me hold for OVER AN HOUR and never came back to talk to me! He didn’t have the courtesy to confess that he doesn’t know how to solve the problem. Rather he put me on hold!!

This store has it posted that they close at 12 AM but yet they locked their doors five minutes before. I didn’t think to take a picture and screenshot for a few minutes that’s why the picture I posted says 11:59. They had the doors locked at 11:55. So annoying, especially since I rushed out the door to get here before they closed and I made it but yet they were still closed.

I came here for a COVID vaccine along with Varicella and Pneumonia vaccine. Pharmacy wanted to charge us $5000 (five thousand) without insurance. Got the same done at Costco pharmacy for less than $600 without insurance.

This location pharmacy is the worst. Waited in line just for pick up and the person working there says it'll just be 10 min. Turns to be an hour of waiting for them to fill my prescription. Then went in for passport photo to be taken. No one working the photo area. A guy walks by says he'll be a min. Waited 30 min and still haven't came back and there's a full line of people waiting to check out. Just left to another place. This location needs to staff better.

A pretty okay store. Not a lot of food or drink choices, but you can get some snacks, make up, and medications.

The pharmacy is extremely slow, only one person was working that time . Often 1 day or afternoon hours. The store cashier is often missing- the staffing seems very low. It will be fine if they have self check out .

This is the 2nd time I've reviewed. After a terrible ongoing experience with Walgreens on Cornell I switched to Costco. A medication that has been out every time I checked At Walgreens - literally for a year was available at Costco when I checked today. The Walgreens store has staffed up now but service is still terrible. The app frequently doesn't work and no one answers the phone. The staff appear unmotivated- literally stand around while there are customers waiting in line. My experience at Costco was so different today- very efficient and staff are pleasant. It's inconvenient to go to Costco but I expect less difficulties.

I've been a customer of Walgreens for years, but the NE Cornell location in Hillsboro is a disaster. It is truly bewildering how poorly run and operated the pharmacy is. I have never successfully filled a prescription here without some sort of issue. The app doesn't work and you can't get a live person on the phone if you try to call. They are severely understaffed at all times, the staff always seem to be fighting for their lives or have fully given up. I've started transferring all of my prescriptions to a different pharmacy, though its is a PITA to do so. My advice is to steer clear of this location and go literally anywhere else.

Passport size photo clicked and printed them was rejected by the passport office because of bad background. Avoid this place.
