Used to love US Bank. Now every time I need an ATM on the weekend, theirs are all not working. I end up having to spend money to use a 3rd party ATM. I'll be pulling my accounts Monday

Tiffany the branch manager is an ageist.She kept saying it is good to not be over the age of 65 years old.She talked to me like I was not smart enough to understand that Usbank wants to move to on-line banking and not have human to human interaction. They are anti-American and anti-human.

The worst store they have, poor customer service, I have been there for some time but I do not recommend you go, at first glance the cashiers hate working there, they are not friendly. I will definitely look for another store nearby. They should train their cashiers more. They are almost always wondering what to do or they always say no to everything, you can't do this or that, they never give you solutions, the 3 girls who always serve you should train them or maybe they should look for another job where they don't do customer service.

Don't do business with this bank. They can close your account at any time for any reason and not even tell you why. I've been with them for 15+ years until they locked my account, forced me to be on the phone for over an hour and then just say they're closing everything I have. How can you trust a bank that won't be honest with you? Go with literally anyone else.

Waited 40 minutes to get change. Lost more business in that time than I got from this bank. I'm livid. Put different bills in your ATM! Open your drive-through! Schedule enough staff! Install a change machine! There's no good reason to keep business customers waiting that long. They just ended a 20-year relationship.

Came in today to do deposit and the lady there was so rude the assistant manager was no help they made a big deal about counting the Change on my deposits I brought 4 deposit from restaurants and in 2 years as a manager Bringing change to bank never heard such a thing .they are not even busy to be acting like that they’re just lazy and they’re training this new guy the wrong way they’re going to make him like them rude and lazy and it wasn’t even lots of change

Wow. This bank branch is very helpful. The manager and tellers helped me set up tons of good features to save me money. If you created your bank account online like me yorj missing out on lots of great options. Go in and take the time to see how they can help you manage your money.

Made an appointment to close an account - I thought by necessity after visiting the website - and showed up here mistakenly (my appointment was at another branch a 1/4 mile away - it might have helped to have the text confirmation show the branch address, but w/e).They weren't expecting me. I had to stand in front of the door and call to talk with someone. They made me go through the drive through.Fair enough I guess, but what got me was this: they gave me a cashier's check with my (very small) account balance without asking me how I wanted my money. When I asked for cash, they told me there would be a charge because I "wasn't a member anymore". Really? Not doing business with this bank again.

They refused notarization of I-9 citing some rules. They are rude and don't know their bank rules. The other branch (Walker Road) gladly did it.

We parked at outside for more than 15 min and no one come check on us. Then we came inside they were able to help someone right away. The service is soooooo slow.
