Fast and efficient! Also, very nice employees who bend over backward to help you. Most UPS locations don't seem to be like this. Not sure why. Had a very large package to return and did not tape it. This location had free box tape to use!!!

Absolutely delightful service. I recently printed my poster with the UPS store and was very happy with the outcome. The quality of print stood out. Also, a shoutout to Mike, for having the print ready in a couple of hours since I placed the order. Highly recommend their services

They got my address wrong and I called and ups said it was fixed and im still waiting for my overnight package to be delivered 3 days later now…terrible service.Update: day 6 and im still waiting…

Vastly understaffed, you will wait long for simple services. The line will build and be out the door. This has happened in 4/5 times I stopped here. I choose to drive longer and out of my way to other UPS loactions for faster and friendlier service.

I am so tired of UPS in general, allow me, who has no UPS experience, to do your jobs for you once again by educating the employees who don’t know certain information. Sure questions can be tricky, but don't act like you know the answer. Im tired of being screwed over.- When shipping from the USA to Canada, maximum gift value to avoid fees is $60. Not $100.- UPS converts USD to Canadian, meaning the value was well over $60 and $100, and I was charged as such.To ACTUALLY AVOID ISSUES, list your items lower than $60 CANADIAN, and as personal items. UPS will never help you because all they want is your money.I am now forced to pay the fees despite it being a mistake on the UPS guys end, simply because they don’t want to help. Not that they cant, they just don’t want to. They could easily void the invoice and create a new one with correct information, but claim because it’s been delivered there is nothing they can do.Pathetic. Do better people. And UPS, retrain your staff so they know the correct answers to the questions to avoid screwing people over. Thanks.

I came to return the parcel and it was prepaid, but they said that they would charge me 2.50 for printing the label. Don't you think it's too expensive to print a sticker?

If I could could give them 0 stars I would. First, they are rude as hell. Second, I had no way to print out labels I was sent, and I had no idea they changed to do it. They charged me $2.50 a lable... I just called the UPS Store in Bethany, they only charge .50 cents. That's a huge difference.I also want to bring up that the reviews for both stores are 3 stars and under. I know if I were an owner, I would be horrified, and embarrassed. I would be fixing that problem immediately.Customer Service is the most important thing in any business, and if owners don't understand that, their businesses will fail.

I come here monthly for amazon returns and more, and each time I’m here, Chase is an incredible employee. Professional, efficient, and resourceful. Highly recommend this place to ship.

I've never really had a good experience at this UPS, but I do have to come here frequently due to how close it is to my place. when I sell items on offer up I will typically get the notification it was scanned right in that moment when they do it. However, the last few times I've turned something in it seems to never get scanned or delivered. The associates will often tell people to leave their package if it was a drop off, Do Not Do This! It seems that whenever that happens nothing happens to the package, other than getting lost. When I call to ask if it was scanned they say everything is scanned that comes in. But I never receive that notification it was. Many of the times the associates are also condescending about this and seeming to be with any question you have when you're in person. I've lost so many packages coming to this store and never any other UPS location.

The receptionist named Chase was very rude to me and my small kids, grabbed my package and personal staff, handed to me out the door (I was on the phone outside discussing the shipment details), and nearly pushed my kids outside, saying that it's not a playground there. I called to the store on my way back home, saying that he could be more polite about it, and he argued with me over the phone saying that I must to watch after my kids better, and that my 7 years old coughed on the glass door? I couldn't believe that I actually heard this from someone working at American store. I see many bad reviews here on Google about him, he is certainly unprofessional and I hope the management will take actions.

I dropped off an Amazon return where you select, "no box or label needed." The rep at UPS told me that I have to package it up or I could pay them to do it? I was dealing with my toddler, but also didn't want to pay them to box it up, so I left and came back. It was more stressful than I needed and am confused why I needed to box it up.

Tried to call in to the store, to inquire about services. Phone was picked up and immediately hung up on. TWICE. Not a good first impression. I will not be coming here for services.

This UPS is literally the slowest UPS store around the area. No matter the time of day there is always a line of 2-3 people and there is no sense of urgency whatsoever.
