The tall, slender guy with the beard is rude and condescending. Tried to con me into paying for a mailing label for an amazon return that was supposed to be FREE.EDIT: Be certain I do have the correct location. And I am very familiar with the Amazon return process, I'm wondering if the person who responded is the man in question as. The man I am referring to have worked there for some time and I have never had a positive experience when I have been to this location. After this last interaction I now go out of my way to go to other locations just to avoid interacting with this employee.

I needed to return an Amazon order and went the local location at Cornelius Pass Road and Imbrie Drive, very rude experience with the lady behind the counter.

I had the rudest lady when I walked in. She was not welcoming when I walked up. It looked like she was tired and didn’t want to be there. She told me they couldn’t send anything in a shoe box and tried to sell me a box that was bigger than needed. I asked her how much was the smaller box and she said I told you we are out. I said again how much was the smaller box? She then told me with an attitude. I told her never mind and left. Don’t go there!

This is the best and cleanest UPS store that I’ve ever seen. Never a line and this particular store is run by woman—smiling, welcoming, with top notch service. If you have any Amazon return, make sure you click on this location for the best service.

Older lady with short gray hair was not inviting when I introduced myself. She was also short answered during our interaction. I had friendlier service at the Sunset Esplanade UPS store. I will not be returning to this store.
