Terrible company. Refused to respond to me emails or phone calls regarding faulty parts. $160 down the drain for items that damaged my truck.

It took a little while longer than I was expecting for the part to ship especially since they generated a shipping label right away but took about 7 days to actually get it in the mail. But the actual shipping was quick 2 days and overall it was just 10 days from order to having the part. Everything tests fine and the parts reletivly clean for a rebuilt. If you need a part quickly these may not be your guys but if you can wait a week or two the cost savings vs the autoparts store was well worth it.

Order 4t65e solenoid kit none of them are genuine ac delco parts. He will tell you they but the cheap china!

DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS
I bought a part from their website thinking they were legit , after 2.5 weeks with no communication I left a bad review. Amazingly they immediately emailed saying since I left a bad review they weren’t going to send me the expensive part I ordered. I demanded a refund and now they refuse to return my money. AVOID GIVING THEM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY

I have used this shop a couple times Jared is very knowledgeable and honest. Jared has helped me alot giving me knowledge and answering questions about my transmission. He is really personable. It is hard to find an honest shop these days but this guy has always done me right. He is prompt to shop my parts and they've always came in a timely manner.

Ordered 95-98 E40D rebuilt solenoid. Was at my door in less than a week. Usps tracking did not work but it came. Looks good ?

Do not buy from this company. I purchased a transmission pump and they have not shipped it after 2 weeks. I am trying to cancel my order but they do not respond to messages, calls or texts. Their ebay listings are the same way, just stay away from this company.

DONT DO BUSINESS HERE, I paid and they made a shipping label but will not ship part. Contacted over a dozen times with no response. Their customer service is the worst that I have seen.

I purchased a 68rfe valve body from trans parts now. After install a code popped up and I called Trans Parts now and he sent me a new one and blamed the problem on a new hire. When I got the new one I had the same problem and discovered that the valve body was poorly built and incorectly put together. There are 5 check balls in the part and two were put in the wrong location, which caused them to flow into the chanel body and throw my pickup into limp mode. I was able to partly diagnose the problem with a local transmission guy over the phone and I was able to rebuild and fix the problem. Trans parts now won't even talk to me or return my messages after letting them know and asking for a small fluid reimbursement because I lose 2 plus qts each time I have to change the part out. I will never purchase from them again because they sent me two bad parts and ignored me when I had a problem. If you buy something from them make sure you have a torque wrenche because you will need it to rebuild the part before installing it.

I was stuck in Portland with a broken down pos Ford truck. Couldn't find some dime store O ring thinga ma jigThat was until someone suggested transmission parts now and of course the nice gentleman had it in stock and had me back on the road in no time. Great service and a lifesaver.
