I was in the unit 30 days and the price went up 25 percent. I caught COVID pneumonia and was in the hospital, bill went 30’days late and they put my unit up for auction piling on tons of fees to straighten it out. Really scammy and predatory. They have an excellent contract that allows this behavior, buyer beware.

Like others have mentioned, I’ve been there 3 months and they increased my rent by $80 a month so now I’m paying over $400 for an external 10x20 like the ones currently being advertised at $230 “in office” rate.

UPDATE: Below, in their response they asked me to call in. I did and they reiterated that they reserve the right to increase rates at any time, with no limit. The did nothing to make it right.
I’ve only moved recently and the price has changed 3 times. It went up 20 percent in one month, there is no cap. So once you get everything in there it could be a thousand dollars nothing is stopping them. Makes me extremely nervous to have such an unpredictable expense. We were at another local place that never raised or changed the price in two years.

I use them for my storage and got in right after they finished the building. The staff are very friendly and are more than happy to help with something if need be. You can get supplies here if needed. There are areas for moving vans to park and they have both indoor and outdoor units. 3 floors of indoor ones. Prices have only gone up a couple times since i started using them. It can get a little warm in the summer but it is climate controlled.

Joe and Larry were great! I chose this place based on the service provided. Many other places felt like they saw me as a transaction. Joe and then Larry made me feel valued as a customer. I will be recommending this place to others.
