We ordered a memorial stone for our cat. It turned out perfect. It was done pretty quickly too. Craig does a great job.

Update: The stone finally arrived shortly after my original review, and the family was thrilled. The stone and carving were beautiful. Thank you for making this right.Horrible customer service; would give zero stars if I could. I placed an order on May 23 (order #4400) as a gift for a co-worker and her family memorializing their loved one. It is now Aug 18 and though I received a shipping notice w/ tracking number on June 30, the order still hasn't shipped! No one answers the phone regardless of time of day you call, and they don't return messages. I took up a collection for this gift and people are asking about it; if it was received, etc. I am totally embarrassed and pissed. My next step is to file a claim w/ my credit card company.

Several months after purchasing a memorial stone, I still had not heard anything from SCNW. I tried contacting them multiple times, via phone, email, and their website. Responses were always few and far between. Six months later, I finally got a shipment notification, however, my order never arrived. I made a final attempt to contact them, but did not receive a response. I have disputed the credit card charge in order to be refunded for a purchase that was never fulfilled. I am extremely disappointed, as this stone was meant to mark a memorial tree planted in honor of my teenage son. His tree has been planted for months now, and has no memorial marker. I don't recommend anyone purchase from Stone Creations NW.

I ordered a stone in mid-April. It is now the end of May. Stone Creations charged my card, but I have received nothing; nor has the company answered their listed phone number or my email inquiries.

I can't say enough good things about the process or product received from Stone Creations NW! My brother's best friend of more than 1.5 decades passed away. I knew he wouldn't want a traditional memorial with dates and names but I knew he would appreciate something simple. I scoured the web and found many places that could create something from a template but that isn't what I was after. Then I found Stone Creations NW. I was able to talk on the phone and explain what I wanted. I gave him some guidance on a design and in less than an hour he sent me a text with a picture of the rock with the design super imposed and offered multiple orientations. I selected the one I wanted, paid online after an invoice was emailed and had the final product within week on my doorstep. Its better than I imagined and exactly what we wanted. I gave it to my brother today on Valentine's day because her name was Valentine. He was grateful just as I am grateful to Stone Creations NW. Thank you!

Totally delighted! I ordered a garden stone from Craig on Tuesday and did not expect to get it by Saturday, four days later, when the gift event was planned.Lo and behold, just as I was leaving home for the event, my beautiful stone arrived! What a turnaround! Thank you, Craig! It is just what I hoped for and the anniversary couple is delighted by it!

Don’t buy from this company right now. I’ve ordered from them in the past and was so pleased with their responsiveness and most of all their work. Now they are like a phantom company. Order confirmation is computer generated, money is taken but NOTHING IS HAPPENING. They don’t respond to emails or voicemails. There is no finished product. DON’T Order from them!Update! Stone Creations NW is back in business. They reached out to me via text and email in early March. If I was still in the market for a personalized stone memorial I would give them another chance. They do beautiful work at an affordable price.

Do not place an order with this company. A month after placing my order it had still not been delivered. Had to contact them twice via their website before they responded. They promised to ship within a week and send a tracking number. Did not happen. Called-no response. Emailed-no response. Filed a disputed charge with credit card company. Late that night, I finally received an email from them saying a refund had been processed. No explanation given for the delays. They do not deserve any stars in my opinion.

I placed an order on December 5th that was a Christmas present for my sister. I was charged the $140.00 and have not received my order. I have contacted them several ways. Via phone, email, the contact us page and facebook. They have not gotten back to me. This is so disappointing. I have spent so much time trying to get some indication as to what is going on. I just want my money back at this point and I want to order from a more reputable company that will follow through. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a memorial mid-November and the web page stated "usually ships within 10 days". I reached out on Dec 1, 2021 asking for an update and they did get back that day stating the order would ship next week (week of Dec 5th). It did not ship that week. On Dec 9th I asked for shipping information. No response. I've left several voice messages and emails requesting an update. Is the delay due to materials? resources? I was happy to give business to a veteran owned business, but as I have not received a response as of December 17th, I'm sad to express my disappointment as a little communication goes a long way.

placed my order on 2/21/21 and have been trying to get an update on my order for several weeks with no response. I have sent e-mails and left voicemail messages. this is extremely unprofessional and I am now asking that they refund my money immediately. they not only took money the day I placed my order, but they took the WHOLE amount, not just a down payment. I would NOT recommend this company based on their horrible customer "service" alone.
