Ladies and gentlemen, HERE'S OLGA! Yo, get my haircut here for the first time in 7 years. Olga grabbed next up in line and there I was. I shared how stressed how nervous I was since I've only used one stylist for the last 7 years. She was patient and listened nicely enough, BUT, you never know until you get home and do your normal style, right? I noticed only a small problem with my fade on the right side. I returned the following day for a 2 minute fix on my fade. Walked in, registered to be seen by Olga and even made eye contact with her several times. Wait time said 35 minutes. I didn't want to bother the first available since this was her thing to fix. Waited over 20 minutes while she finished her client. Without her even checking in with me, and she coldly walks out for lunch without seeing what I needed. Sports Clips loses in the customer satisfaction category big time. Gave this girl a $12 tip on a $28 haircut. Shoulda picked up on that vibe early on but wanted to give her a chance and maybe bless with a larger than deserved tip. NOPE. Sorry, Olga, but I'm disappointed you couldn't even speak with me real quick for a 2 minute fix. Sad service.

My first time at this location was great! Shannon is an amazing stylist, I trust her wholeheartedly with any updo I need. I always leave feeling and looking better than when I visit with her. The massage chair and hair washing for a small upcharge was also super worth it~

On June 29, 2025, I visited the Tanasbourne, OR location and requested the MVP Experience. Unfortunately, what I received fell significantly short of expectations.
Immediately upon arrival, I was directed to the shampoo area. When asked if I’d like to elevate my legs, I said yes—however, instead of offering assistance, the stylist gestured toward a stool in front of me. A lukewarm towel was placed on my face and my hair was washed with cool water, without once being asked about the temperature or comfort.
Following the wash, I was led to the stylist’s station where I noticed the chair was still covered in the previous client’s hair. The stylist made no effort to clean it or acknowledge it, leaving me to attempt to wipe it down myself. Even so, loose hair still ended up stuck to my clothes.
At the end of the appointment, the stylist asked if everything looked okay. I mentioned I couldn’t see clearly from where I was seated, but rather than adjust the mirror or reposition me, she responded with, “Ok, you are good to go.”
The entire MVP Experience lasted less than 15 minutes—including the shampoo and haircut—which felt rushed and inattentive. After returning home, I noticed my sideburns were visibly uneven: one extended below the ear, while the other was cut above. Long hairs remained around both ears, indicating that even basic finishing touches had been overlooked.
I emailed Sports Clips Corporate Office the same day to share my experience, and was informed my concern had been forwarded to the Tanasbourne location’s manager. Yet, more than a week later, I’ve received no follow-up from either the local management or the corporate office.

Felt super rushed.
Used to come regularly years ago but have since found a friend who’s a barber I go to now. He was busy so I figured wouldn’t hurt to just get my sides cleaned up here just so it looks clean
Just wanted a low fade just to get cleaned up around the ears and get it blended back. Nothing off the top.
Well she started hacking away, a little aggressively too, no care at all. Didn’t feel cared about, like just another cut to get though. My low faded turned into a high, looking like a jar head. Now i had to trim a bit off the top to make the longer hair on top not look silly with the high and tight.
If i wanted to to get my hair hacked to heck i would stand next to a target at an axe throwing place.
You couldn’t pay me to come back, what a crazy experience.
2 stars since environment inside the shop was nice. friendly staff. everything seemed great until i sat on the chair.
Don’t try to get me to come back, i’m shopping for hats then going to go cry in my car
