We've had a Sleep Number bed for about 10 years. We just wanted to replace the bed portion (an i10) since the frame and headboard etc are fine. We really just want a new top for it, but you can't just buy that. Evidently these stores are franchised and they don't want to deal with anyone that isn't buying a complete bed set from them. And, if you didn't buy your original bed from this store, they don't want to deal with you at all. So, that makes my decision much easier. We will be replacing the bed, just not with Sleep Number. I mean, it's thousands of dollars I was willing to spend and you didn't want my business? Ok. Bye then.

Whatever you do, absolutely do not buy a sleep number bed, especially from this location.
We were talked into buying a 4 thousand dollar bed, falsely advertising a lifetime warranty, less than 2 years later our bed is completely not functional. It’s a glorified air bed and it’s leaking leaving the mattress completely flat every night. Sleep number is quoting us 400 dollars to fix this issue.
Terrible business practices.

As a long time Sleep Number customer, I new what I expected. All went well and I scored the newest bed of my dreams. The sheets are more than a bit too spendy though. Suggest shopping those.

We had the best experience in picking out a new bed with John. I’ve been struggling with sleep so we can in and John listened and started showing us options. You could tell he truly cares about his customers. There was no pressure to buy and he truly made this experience so easy. I cannot say enough good things about John.

The worst investment of our lives. We haven't even paid for our bed yet, and the speakers no longer work. The mattress, aside from being the most uncomfortable, no longer stops the air on the right side, and the air on the left doesn't go above 50°F. Every day for over a year, we've had back pain. Every morning, my husband and I wake up feeling like we've been beaten. I would never recommend anyone spend their money on products from this brand.

Great experience. Scott the sales rep was very knowledgeable he made the whole process fun. He got us all the discounts he could find. The other staff members were helpful as well. They worked as a team. He helped us find our sleep number and I could tell the difference immediately. Try the 0 G my wife loves it. We tried several beds until we found the right one. Went to a different brand and the experience wasn't comparable.

I absolutely received the best customer service from Scott at Tanasbourne Sleep Number Bed Store. He really took the time to show and explain all the different options to us. Hands down it was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had!!

John at the Hillsboro location greeted me right away with a smile and helpful attitude. He clarified what I was looking for and took the time to take me through appropriate options. I can’t wait to get my new bed and finally get the sleep I deserve.

I had a wonderful experience talk to a live representative then went into store to see what I was going to be buying then the salesman took his time didn’t make feel rushed or buying something that I really didn’t need I recommend to all my friends and family and there coming to set everything up for me and take my old mattress away.

First off the Store was Great I have NOTHING at all bad to say about any of the employees or this store! My review is about the Bed. The Bed is hands down the MOST uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on they tell you give it a few weeks to get used to then it will be the best bed you have ever slept on! Well we are at like 3 years and my wife nor myself can stand it! Do yourself a favor and get pretty much any bed other than this one! It is so uncomfortable!
