“I have come into this store numerous times for print jobs and now to drop off packages to mail. They have been polite, timely, and helpful every time. They answer the phone promptly when I call, and have even expedited print jobs by request with zero difficulty.”

I am not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I find that must be more reflective of those reviewers than this FedEx location.”
“Service is great. Knowledgeable, patient, and do their job despite what other people say. Lived in the area for years. Customers need to start taking “ownership” of their own things. If you don’t want to tape or box your merchandise, you will have to pay— pretty simple as that. It just can’t be expected for everything to be free just because you want it as if the employee owns the store! They are workers not owners! They can’t take the merchandise off the counter to give to customers for free! Pay for it, it’s your package! Tired of people complaining for things which are their responsibilities NOT the underpaid and overworked employees.
Secondly, “PEOPLE” go to the main branch if you need all the options!! Simple as that! And stop complaining for waiting if you don’t have time! MAKE TIME! It’s your stuff. Nobody “not the employee” is forcing you to go when you do not have time!
People… customer service does NOT mean you as a customer get everything for FREE, at the speed of light with a smile. I come here and employees are nice, respectful and do the best they can.”
“Fast and efficient! Also, very nice employees who bend over backward to help you. Most UPS locations don't seem to be like this. Not sure why. Had a very large package to return and did not tape it. This location had free box tape to use!!!”
“Did such an amazing job building the crate and packaging my 6ft wide Longhorn skull, which is a treasured family heirloom. I dropped it off in Hillsboro and arrived to my apartment building’s package room in Brooklyn with no damage, which was impressive because it has some fragile pieces. Took about 2 weeks to get across.”
