Cheap gas!!! And a nice stop on the way to work. Space age and Us Market took over which made it the best store to stop at in Hillsboro!

Old outdated beer. Shelf life of some beers is only 6 months. If you charge me such high prices for beer the least you could do is make sure it's fresh. Currently drinking nasty stale beer that I just bought from this location, yuck!

Pulled up and started adding seafoam to my tank before pumping gas. Assumed self-serve was an option. Then the attendant started coming out and seemed to want to pump my gas... Hard to tell, he didn't seem to speak good English. I let him do it.. It was awkward. Didn't get to use my rewards. Then at the end he kept topping off several times?? I asked him to stop. It's illegal in Oregon anyway. Please hire fluent English speakers for customer service jobs. Or better yet, just let me pump my own gas. Will not be back.

This location is NOT open 24 hours like it states. Came by on a Friday night at 11pm and the pumps were all locked and closed down. Really awful experience for someone in desperate need for fuel to not have accurate hours listed.

Guy working the register chuckled at me when I asked to uses my fuel rewards. Mind you he put up the gas transaction before I could even click the button for fuel rewards. He later proceeded to try explain that it was to late and he would have to restart the whole transaction. In other words he used all of that effort towards explaining why I was being an inconvenience to him!? Would have been quicker us both if he just voided the transaction. What is going on with today’s customer service?! Especially at a Shell gas station! Regarded as having the best fuel grade of gas you can purchase, in my case premium.

August 14th. A day of a birthday. Everything had been going badly for them, all day it seemed, and they were obviously stressed out. And on their birthday even!However... they still met me with a smile and an aura of willingness to provide good customer service. I always have good experiences at this location. I could get my gas n things elsewhere, but I enjoy the atmosphere the staff provides. As for the stressing birthday cashier? I bought them a pack of their favorite flavor. Hopefully their day was improved by a customer as mine is always improved by their quality customer service.

I have visited this Shell many times for gas and snacks. Their snack supplies are very good. Snacks span all different types of food (ethnic, healthy, unhealthy, etc.). They have a large selection of wine and beer that is always kept fully stocked. Gas prices are ok. Not the cheapest and the gas pumpers are not always super attentive. The cashiers have always been nice and courteous.

I come in almost daily for a fountain Dr pepper. Staff are all pretty friendly. One of the ladies on swing, I feel like we're staff/customer bestie's! I can't remember her name... Or if I ever asked her name! I always hope she's on shift. Or I get in "trouble" if I haven't made it in on her shift in a while.

This afternoon (Feb 12 2020) I walked into this shell (275 Se Baseline) and asked to purchase 2 lighters. The guy at the counter asked to see my ID, so I handed it to him. I am 20 years old and have worked in a couple different gas stations and know the laws for the selling and purchase of tobacco and tobacco products. The clerk asked the manager how old I had to be to purchase a lighter. The manger states that he can't sell lighters to anyone under 21. This is false. I attempted to explain it to him and he waved me off in a non-chalant, yet rude, manner. According to the ORS it is illegal to sell tobacco products to those under 21. While this is correct, the ORS also states that products used to burn tobacco are prohibited to be sold to those under 18. The law on the sale of lighters was NOT changed when the sale of tobacco laws were revised. Overall, not a good experience. I believe it is a managers job to treat customers with respect and not wave them off. It is also a managers job to know the correct rules and regulations and train their employees with CORRECT and true knowledge. Next time I walk into this Shell I expect to be sold what I ask for, since it is LEGAL and to he treated with respect.
