This park is pretty nice place to walk around take your dogs for walks and it has a playground too.

Beautiful, typical, uber-clean, City of Hillsboro neighborhood park. Very dog-friendly. Restrooms are closed for the season, but there is a port-a-potty available.

About Shadywood Park
Shadywood Park is a 9 acre neighborhood park in a hidden magic forest offering a quiet setting amidst the shade of several towering oak groves. There is picnic shelter and a picnic area that provide opportunities to gather for large groups. The small playground is close to the picnic shelter in the center of the park. A horseshoe pit is available for play. This park hosts the school lunch program in the summer. Shadywood Park has a picnic shelter and picnic area that is available for rental. Reservations are taken starting in January of the same year for April 15 - October 15 reservations.
