Larry is always willing to go the extra mile and is available at all hours if issues arise. I don't just feel like a number to a large corporation working with him. Hard to think there is a better IT solution for a small business out there!

Took them way too much time to get what was asked done, after explaining in detail exactly what needed to be done including the exact NAS involved.Then, when we changed internet providers, the IP address changed, so the VPN stopped working. Not their fault, but we tried to hire them to fix it, and they didn't, and then nearly a year later they start calling over an overdue invoice, an invoice never sent. We had already had to ask about receiving the invoice for the first set of work they did, and only then did they send it. As a small business, we stand by our work and do not bill when what we do does not work. Sawyer does not, and will bill you ten months later.

These guys have been our IT guys for about 10+ years now and we wouldn't have anybody else. When we need them they are there for us. They built our website and host it also. We are very happy with every service they have provided to us. We highly recommend Sawyer Networks.

Sawyer Networks has done a wonderful job with the implementation and conversion to their cloud based system for Roadwise. This switch over has been seamless and we have had minimal disruption in service. We would highly recommend working with their team.
