Bathroom closed? What store makes the customer, leave their shopping to go to the gas station to use their bathroom!! I have spent thousands of dollars in your store!!

It's a Ross . . . Though, like most of the Ross stores in the Portland Metro area, there's a distinct lack of decent fashion to be found, although that says more about the residents of Portland than it does about the store itself. . . .

One of the worse stores I've ever been in. Act like fort Knox. Want even let you use the restroom. People should just piss and shit in the floor. No worse than them not letting you use the restroom. People with disabilities should open a class lawsuit against them. They are just to lazy and stingy to clean the restroom. People have been getting away with stuff like this since the pandemic. All they have in there is stuff other stores couldn't sell. Daily challenge to piss in the floor so they have to clean it up. I used the self checkout the girl was standing there and still wanted to see the receipt. I would think twice before going there they don't care anything about their customers.

The store was really busy with a line at the checkout wrapping around the width of the store. Maria was amazing. She not only got us taken care of quickly, but even took the time to help a co-worker. Great job Maria! Really appreciate your work ethic and customer service orientation!
