I come by multiple times a month for my prescriptions and the pharmacy staff is always very kind and attentive.

To be honest it was my first time in a Rite Aid, and surprisingly the store was clean but there was basically no products on the shelves. The layout of the store was pretty nice looking and They do have a nice big pharmacy there. The cashier was also pretty nice while checking us out.

You can tell that Rite-aid doesnt csre about customer service at all. They dont even cRe that this store is over 80% 1 star. Its just the state of things now, bad customer service, no one cares, and this Rite-Aid is the poster child. Garbage employees, garbage service, I actually had to change my 1 star to 2 for the other Rige-aid in town because this one is even worse, its shameful.

Wow new manager is really rude. Thinks needs to lecture on ringing bell to get her attention. Not even hi just....Next time ring the bell...why not next time say hello. Oh and paid with cash and Anna didn't know how to count back change . Just dropped into hand and said here is your change. When ask don't you count back change. She went into rant like counting back change was extra work. . Rite aid must be getting desperate if that's manager.

The Pharmacist here is very rude and disrespectful.. they don’t follow Drs orders on prescriptions , they change your prescription without doctors consent and refills prescriptions days late. I believe what this pharmacist is doing is illegal.I called my doctor and she said yes they did change the prescription and they needed to fill it correctly but the pharmacist here refused to listen to the doctor.

I will never shop at this store again. I have shopped here for years, and the employees and management are incompetent and so very rude. Prices very high and the customer service is nonexistent. I am taking my business to anywhere but here!

This has to be the worst rite aid pharmacy in the state of Oregon. I’ve been placed on hold for a total of 2 hours by the pharmacy today. They never answer, they just put you on hold and keep you hostage while forcing you to listen to that horrible music. I understand that many places have staffing shortages but you’re telling me that in the span of TWO HOURS that no one could bother to pick up the phone and answer a quick question about availability? The entire staff needs to be trained or terminated.

Zero stars! This store is horrible across the board! The staff (including all managers, cashiers, and all of the pharmacy staff) are so very rude! I have shopped here for many years and will no longer do so! Hope they go out of business!

I give this store a rating of zero stars which says it all. The management and employees at this store are absolutely horrible! Incredibly overpriced! Will be taking all of my business elsewhere!

The customer service at this store is horrible, horrible, horrible. The employees and managers are extremely rude to their customers! I have spent over $200 at this store in the past month, and will no longer shop here. I will gladly take my business elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and shop at one of their competitors. Target is in the same shopping center, and Fred Meyer and Walmart are nearby. Also, they are much more expensive than their competitors by at least 50%! Save your money and go somewhere else that actually appreciates your business!

Friendly staff, clean store, and even though the pharmacy is busy, I never wait long in line, if there is one. Glad they extended the pharmacy hours to 8pm.
