Brought my truck to them for a hood repaint it's a black truck. It took them 10 days to paint the hood. Got my truck home and the paint was very blotchy I was not happy. They tried to fix it again another fail. Turns out they were spot painting the hood. So some time later they fixed my hood had to strip it down and repaint the whole hood which is what I was expecting in the first place. The 3rd time was a charm looked beautiful. But after getting it back my truck picked up a door dent on the passenger door it was not there when I dropped it off. So 3 stars is being genorious.

This is the best place to get your car taken care of. They actually listen to you and take care of what you want. I love the people working there and the beautiful spirit all have. Thank you for caring.

Driving through from out of town, and my splash shield was hanging loose. These guys helped me out on the spot. Everyone was friendly and helpful, from the ladies in the front office to the guys in the shop. If you're in town (or traveling through!) I recommend them!

I went into an estimate appointment with a bumper hanging. I was met with wonderful service and my bumper was popped into place for FREE in five minutes! Amazing service at Precision Body and Paint!

Decent body shop, charges for estimates though - this practice just deflects business.

We were hesitant to use Precision because of the reviews stating that they took so long to return your car. We didn't need a lot of body work done, but we appreciated the excellent customer service and advice. They did a good job and had very fast turn around.

Awful experience!! We have taken our cars & trucks to body shops for work over many years with no problems. This was a total nightmare!! Our truck was side swiped by a hit and run driver, our Toyota dealership Service Mgr. recommended Precision Body & Paint North Hillsboro as the shop they refer customers to for body work. Precision had our truck for 3 months and 1 day. Steve, Jim and the receptionist told us on 6 different times in 6 weeks our truck was in paint - that never happened!! We called weekly to get an update from Steve or Jim, they were getting annoyed and could not tell us when the truck would be done. We repeatedly left messages to asked them to call us back - never happened. When they said they would call us back with an update - only happened once. 11 days before we picked up our truck we called again for an update and Mike, VP of Operations, told us that the entire shop had been fired except for the receptionist. He apologized several times and said repeated that we had been lied too. We could not get an explanation as to why this happened - just that he didn't know why. We asked a few times if all the parts in and were told yes by Steve & Jim. Very stressful experience, feeling helpless not being able to get the truck out of the shop as it was in pieces. Mike stepped in to get the work done on our truck and looks like there was a lot to finish up. Thank you Mike!

BEWARE YOU WILL GO THROUGH HELL USING THIS SHOP*** I don't normally write reviews. However people need to know how bad this place was. How unprofessional this place was. Short version. They took my car on Nov19 and I didn't get my car back until Feb 28. My car was in an accident. It was a medium size job. Should have been done with in a month. These people make it sound all good when you start with them how they will update you once a week on Tuesday's.. well that never happened. I would have to call in and sit on hold instead. Nobody knew what was going on James who is no longer there would tell us lies. I was so frustrated week after week then telling me that they will get to my car, or they are waiting on insurance, or they couldn't remember who we are. The manager was a joke Steve. He lied to us so many times. We don't live close and we would have to drive into town to get answers cause they wouldn't call us back. A month in I wanted to come get my car and they told me sorry we already have your car apart but they only have one rack and can't get to it right now. I spent every week trying to get info on my car. They had it hostage!! I had friends drive by it sat for a full month. They were too busy. They had told me it was on the rack!! When you would ask what's going on they just lie to you and when you caught them in lies they didn't give a shit! You couldn't get any higher then the 2 managers Steve and Andy. I could go on on about all the shit they put us through but too much to write. If you want a headache then try them, otherwise run!!! Look up other reviews too!! Just wow! Ron if you care about your company you should start doing something about it!!

This body shop is not good, in summary. The car damage was light and it was an insurance claim against the person who hit my car. Small bumper damage and small door dents, the original estimate was about $3000, and kevin told me it might go up to $4000-5000. The total bill was close to $8500. They repaired the vehicle before insurance paid for it, so if the insurance decided not to, I would've been screwed. They sent me the updated estimates after the repairs were done asking if they should go ahead with them. After that they kept increasing and decreasing the total bill, as they liked. I have in my possession 3-4 different total bills. The shop had multiple different employees that I had talked to, 2 of them left, so I kept getting different promises of what will be done with my car. I had a small front scratch that kevin and Aron told me they will fix (on the house since they were small) but since they left, their notes didn't matter. The shop did "repair" those scratches on the house, but they have caused more damage. And now I will pay even more to get them fixed. The promise was complete repair, these guys took a marker and lightly covered them (pics included) The repair was delayed by 10 days. I was leaving Oregon and I had to have the car done by a certain time. They waited till the last minute to tell me they need more money from the insurance, which put me in a bad position and had to cancel my shipping car date and re-arrange flights. This was only due to them not being on top of things. The manager Steven lies blatantly and tells me he been contacting the insurance company but they don't respond. Yet when I do a quick call, they send a check within 2 days. I would also send Steven emails and left voicemails asking for updates, but he doesn't return my calls or respond to my emails. And when I did finally get in touch after 7-8 attempts, he tells me he sent me emails but they didn't go through. Even though we were sending emails back and forth when they were asking for more money. So as a man, I'm embarrassed for him to have a guy his age lie like that. Finally, and ironically enough, when I was picking my car, there was another customer with a Jeep who the shop damages her car. And when she left they were making fun of her, even though they had acknowledged the damage and the delays they caused, calling her rude because she was upset and was in a hurry. Finally, if the owner reads this, I had told the employees how Rivian is right next to me, and I have family members who work there, who will hear about your shop and how your employees behave. And even more importantly, the low quality of repairs the cars leave your shop in.

About a year ago, my wife brought her car in here and had great service. So when a guy reversed into my car with his SUV, this seemed like the obvious place to get my collision repair done.Called to set up an appointment. Lady told me they were swamped, but if I gave them my number, they would call me back.Never happened.A week later, I called again. This time, I ended up on hold for 22 minutes, only to be told they would call me back. Again, this didn’t happen.I decided to give it one more shot. I spoke to a representative and set up an appointment to bring my car in for an inspection. Progress! But when I arrived, I was told they didn’t have any inspections scheduled, and also I didn’t need an inspection because my insurance had already done one. Okay. Not really sure why I was given a date and time to bring my car in if it was unnecessary, but alright. The employees told me they couldn't schedule a future date for me to bring my car in, because the lady who normally handled that was out on medical leave. But they said if I left my insurance paperwork and a contact number, they would call me the next business day to set up a repair date. Two weeks later, still no call.I give up.

$50 estimate fee? Get out of here. They only wanted to charge me that after finding out I drive a BMW. Nobody in the industry charges that. Congratulations guys you're industry leading idiots.

I cannot say anything good about my experience with Precision formally RBP. I had a great experience years ago with RBP which was why I returned not knowing they are no longer RBP. Don't waste your time or energy with this place. I will list my terrible experience in order from start to finally going to another shop that has been more then helpful and responsive. Called on a Tuesday to schedule an appointment for an estimate, they scheduled for the following week on Tuesday. Showed up for the appointment on time and found there was no parking at all, had to park my vehicle in the back of the lot between damaged cars and RV's. Walked in and found two people sitting at desks, grazing the internet or something of the sort, once one looked to acknowledge our presence they asked for the name and said "oh that's mine, let's take a look". We walked to the back of the lot and the the guy started taking photos. The individual that was helping us should wear better fitting clothes as their "plumber crack" was hanging out in front of my two small children. So much so that my 7 year old asked why the guys back end was hanging out of his pants. Once the photos were taken and he confirmed my email he said "If I you don't have the estimate in three days give us a call". I questioned why it takes this long and why I should have to call to follow up on an estimate. The response was " Im busy" Guess what... three days later no estimate, no calls, no email, nothing... I reluctantly called and spoke to the estimator, he said " I will have to you tomorrow"... Finally it showed up the next afternoon. I replied within minutes and asked to get the work scheduled and parts ordered since it was already approved by insurance. The estimator responded and stated " my admin will contact you when she has time" I said ok Thank you I will wait for the call, this was a Friday. Finally Wednesday the next week after no contact what so ever I called again, the guy said "she's in a meeting call back in 10 min" I did 30 min later and finally and spoke to the "admin" she had to look into it and get back to me. Later she called me back and said you need to come by and sign a contract to allow us to do the work, This is odd to say the least. I asked her to email it and I will E sign and send it back, she agreed and said "Ill send it right over". This was 10:30am. At 4PM I still had nothing in my inbox. After multiple in my opinion un necessary attempts on my end to get my vehicle fixed and no effort on the supposed profitable business end I went elsewhere. It is stressful enough having an accident but dealing with an unresponsive body shop that clearly doesn't give a S about the customer doesn't help the situation. There are multiple other shops around that respect your time, respond, and care about their customers. Precision is not one. I went to another shop a few miles away that took care of everything, They kept me informed of everything from start to finish, I did not have to contact them once for status updates or progress as they reached out to me. Simply communication goes a long way.

They worked with my insurance really well, anytime I called I got my questions answered kindly, or called back in a super timely manner. Cannot thank everyone in the office enough for letting me take my time to pick up my car. And they were extremely paitent with me when I tried running my card, and as I called my bank to update my spending limit. (Goodness gracious that was a process over the phone). So thank you team for taking care of my car, it looks brand new and drives so well! I really appreciate you for working with me. 1000% recommend.Services: Electrical
