I have never encountered such an arrogant "manager" such as Dirk Rank. He was extremely unprofessional, and inconsiderate, while also managing to berate his customers with only speculations of the matter. There is no sense of accountability whatsoever in regards to their product and don't even try to email them about a claim because all they do is belittle you. His whole demeanor was simply to make you feel dumb and accuse you of doing everything possibly wrong so that they could claim they were not entitled to a professional email in return. Apart from this horrid experience with this manager and company, the chains were a pain to put on with loose ends showing that this was nowhere near a "Quality Chain". Id attached the email in which the manager belittles me and denies any accountabilities but I think my point has come across.

Dirk Rank is extremely unprofessional, rude, condescending, and berates and belittles customers contacting him for assistance. It is quite embarrassing someone talks the way he does to customers. Claims to be the manager and has not an ounce of refinement.

Terrible people work here. Feel sorry for anyone that has to do business with them. Go elsewhere if you can.

Bought EasySox that did not fit well. They were cool and said I could exchange for the next size up. When I went to order the larger size they were out of stock so I waited and kept the Sox I had in case of emergency. Never needed them and I moved on to summer priorities. This year when I went to exchange they refused. I think that is poor customer service and I would be careful with this company.

Purchased their EasySox for my Subaru. Disappointing. Worked well for the ONE time I used them but not very durable for a $109 product. Questionable whether I'll get a second use out of them especially one that's ripping at a tread seam. When I inquired about this through customer service I received a lecture that it was probably my fault and I did not know how to use them.....emergency use only...? Not helpful.Retired Maintenance Supervisor.

Their chains RUINED my rims on my new VW Jetta. They are scratched up beyond repair! 2 new rims will cost me $1,200.My claim was denied because they don’t take responsibility. I should have read the fine print on the back of the instructions. I didn’t even see any instructions nor was I expecting anything like that to happen. My question is “why make chains that cause such severe damage”?

I called Friday afternoon to my Case Dealer in Medford. He was able to set up a will call pick-up for Saturday morning before 11 in Hillsboro. The Quality Chain representative that help us in Hillsboro was courteous, competent and proud of the company he worked for and their role in providing service to people in need. He is obviously an outstanding employee. I truly appreciate the service that Quality Chain provided.

The chains provide very good traction when they work. However they are not durable. I had my pair of Cobra Cable Chains for a little over a year. During that time period I used them about a dozen times until one of the cables broke. I called QCC and they said they are unable to fix the chain and since I bought it at a 3rd party tire shop they can't replace the chain. Very disappointing that they don't stand by their product. It would be a good product if they worked on durability a little bit more.

We purchased snow cables for our 2017 Toyota Sienna. The cables were defective and almost immediately clipped our ABS brake wire as a cable slipped out of its harness this past December.

Horrible customer service! We bought chains for our Toyota Sienna 2016, they failed on the first use, one side broke and took out our brakes and sensors, it cost us about 1000.00 to fix our vehicle. Unlike one of the previous reviews where this happened with a similar vehicle the company did not want to take any responsibility. The owner said it looked like we hit a curb- our chain was lost on a snowy mountain road with no curbs. The owner (Rick) was rude and condescending in our discussion.
