My kid who is school aged attended Primrose for winter break and they absolutely loved it! Always came home happy and excited with a cool art project. The staff were very reassuring and caring and always kept in contact.

I am very pleased with my employment at Primrose. I have been in the profession of early childhood education for 27 years and I can honestly say that I love the curriculum and the education experience that children are receiving at Primrose. It is by far the best curriculum I have ever worked with in my career. We are lucky to have teachers who are kind, caring, and knowledgeable. The center is clean and a beautiful. I have recommended the center to others.

Updated my review after talking to the owners more:The owners reached out and explained some more of the context and what they are doing to get things stabilized and back on track. We appreciate that they are hands-on involved and seem committed to restore trust. We'll still be moving elsewhere, but are more confident that Primrose will stabilize and get back to delivering on expected standards.Original review:No longer the quality it used to be, we've decided to pull both kids out after the recent exodus of teachers and leadership. We had a very positive experience until recently, now we see too much turmoil and are wondering whether they are even fully compliant with requirements.Last few weeks we've seen several teachers leave without any notice or context, and the Director and Assistant Director left with 1 day notice per e-mail.It does not look or smell right at all, red flags!

Unfortunately, we have decided to pull our child out of this school. Something didn’t sit well in my gut these past few months. “If you’re a parent, you know that feeling and what that means.”I’m so glad I talked to my wife about how I was feeling. The leadership that we have grown to appreciate and have known since enrolling our daughter in that school has resigned and so has some of her favorite teachers. I was alarmed to see such immediate resign. We once bragged on this school and recommended it to quite a few families, now we will urge those in our network to move on as well.

My 2yo and 4yo attended Primrose Silicone forest for about a year from April 2022 to June 2023. Overall I was very impressed with the school—especially the staff. The teachers and other staff at Primrose are excellent. During the year my kids attended Primrose, they had a few different teachers and support staff working with them. I felt the teachers were all terrific at their jobs and really cared about my kids. The teacher showed a lot of proficiency and empathy working with kids and I felt like my kids were excellently cared for.It was also nice that Primrose had very little turnover; unlike other daycares most of the staff were there the entire duration our kids were enrolled. The continuity meant that I knew I could trust teachers because they really had developed relationships with our kids.I also felt the curriculum was excellent. My kids were each clearly learning a lot. They also provide internal testing to show how your kids are measuring up relative to achievement goals, which made me more confident about their readiness for kindergarten.

I heard about some really concerning situations after my brother and I went to pick up my nephew together last week… While I’ll leave him to write the more detailed review, it should be noted that healthy conflict resolution is not a priority for this school… Amongst staff and parents or peer to peer…Now seeing more… It seems to me that with the cost of tuition, they could conduct “Movie Day” on something better suited for 20+ children’s collective viewing experience than an iPad. Holy eyestrain! Also… Interesting range of comments and reviews on this school, some of them seemingly harboring personal attacks and harassment on other reviewers…? Is staff responding to negative reviews by commenting as supportive parents? Or are people just trying to start arguments in the reviews? They’ve also been accused in these reviews of deleting negative reviews from their Facebook. Not a good look.Either way: Telling of the kind of staff and the other parents that my brother has been dealing with… Now reading about lawsuits… Really glad he is taking my nephew out of this school! I’m sure he’ll leave a more detailed review of the other issues I eluded to after that happens… Most of their teachers are probably lovely people, my nephew’s seemed to be when I went with my brother for pick up… But the administration and management is very misguided.

I am incredibly grateful for primrose!! Primrose has been an absolute blessing to my family and my daughter. In the last 2 months she has been here she has bloomed and learned so much! The teachers are so kind and amazing and helped my daughter become ready for kindergarten. Mr Jackie and Ms Jessica are the best staff that I have worked with. I wish I would have enrolled her earlier. The curriculum helps challenge my daughter to learn new skills, develop their creativity, promote learning, and foster courteous social skills. I am always impressed by my daughter's knowledge and critical thinking skills! Even my friends and family remark how much my daughter has learned in such a short time with primrose and how capable she is! The daily communication from her teachers and the staff is absolutely amazing and it makes me know she is in capable hands and I don't have to worry about her while she is there. I appreciate everyone at Primrose! Thank you.

First and foremost this school has been simply amazing and attentive to my child. They have aided, assisted, and supported both her and I in ways that go beyond what we have paid for. The support my child receives is unwavering and outstanding to the highest degree.Next, in response to a most recent negative and scathing review. Mr. Jackie cares for all the children attending this school as if they are his own. He does this to the highest degree of integrity and professionalism. Every member of the staff I have ever directly dealt with has also mirrored this and taken and drawn from his outstanding leadership. The previous remarks made are simply a blatant lie from someone who is not thinking from the standpoint of the well being of their child or based on the actual facts that are at hand. I would heavily recommend it be disregarded as it is simply unfounded in every way and completely factually untrue.

My family loves Primrose and has had an amazing experience thanks to Mr. Jackie. Raising two multicultural boys it was refreshing to have a man of color as the leader of the school. His ability to relate to families and the needs of the children is what keeps us at the center. My children light up when they come into the center because he creates a place of inclusivity where they feel seen and heard. This leadership trickles down and is seen throughout the center in how the teachers and other leaders interact with the families. If you’re a family looking for a school that has diverse representation you will find that at Primrose with Mr. Jackie and his amazing teachers.

Mr. Jackie, Miss Karina, Miss Dreya, and the entire staff at Primrose have all been incredibly welcoming to our daughter and our family since we first joined the school after moving to Oregon a few months ago. We’re always amazed at the things our daughter is learning (Spanish dual language, STEAM, social-emotional skills). Early childhood education is critical, and we couldn’t imagine sending our daughter anywhere else.

So blessed to have found this school! My husband and I moved to Oregon from Missouri for an amazing career opportunity. Part of our stress was finding the right school for our now 20 month-old daughter. Moving from St. Louis, we were very concerned about finding a diverse school where our daughter could see other children who looked like her, as well as give her a top tier educational experience. When we walked into Primrose we knew our search was over. We were greeted by the center director, Mr. Jackie with the warmest welcome. After the tour, meeting the staff, and observing the diversity, we knew this was the place for her. Our daughter has now been attending this school for 6 months and we couldn't be happier with her development and care. We can't speak highly enough about this school and our experience. If you are looking for exceptional learning and care, Primrose will not disappoint!Sincerely Darion and Marla Watson

Primrose has been the best experience! We came from another school in the area that was higher in tuition but was the worst in education. On our first tour of the school, we met Mr. Jackie! He answered all of our questions and made us felt so comfortable that we enrolled our 3yr same day!Since starting school, our son comes home with so many new words. We get constant updates and pictures of his daily progress. Mr. Jackie also checks in with us! We truly appreciate all the love and care that we've received.Would 100% recommend Primrose over and over again.

The entire staff at Primrose School of Silicon Forest are very professional and caring for the children and each other. Mr. Jackie is an amazing person and will take time from his busy day to address any issue or question. The teachers are caring and supportive. Should a child get behind due to absence, they will work with the child to catch them up. The complete inclusive atmosphere is calming. Each child can express themselves in a safe and caring environment. If this school were to educate K to 12, they would have my support and grandchild enrolled. I give this school 10 stars if possible.
