The Plaid Pantry has plenty of nice snacks and drinks to grab on the go, fast and easy. It's located right next to a National Pride Self-Serve Car Wash and across the street from Shute Park - Hillsboro Library. Service was not that Gray. The person working the counter was a little rude. He was talking to other people and not paying attention to the line that was forming. Once I Got up to the counter he just scanned the items, and didn't even tell me how much the total was. And just assumed that was paying With a debit card and I didn't even get my receipt at the end or ask if I wanted it.

This location is convenient closer in my neighborhood and it's ok. Some staff is nice and some aren't.

Thought I was getting 3 MG zyn as I had asked for. Watched them grab a 5 pack from behind the 3mg zyn. But it was 6mg. No big deal I went back the next day to exchange it and I was told I need a receipt. A receipt from plaid pantry? I doubt I was even offered one. Joke of a store. Will never be back.

Scammers don’t use your card there. They will still your information!!!! They are frauds. Also water down pop machines always and still sell it that way when ask to get a refund they won’t and ask why they don’t put a sign they say it’s against there policy cashier doesn’t like transgender people so if your transgender community please be advise short white guy will kick you out I would avoid as much possible this store

My munchy go-to place!!! I do have to add though that the older guy that works afternoons needs a refresher course on basic money counting and customer service skills.

Its astonishing how a business that relies solely on its customers can treat them so badly. I've walked in there, either early afternoon, or before 8am and have seen and heard the Store Manager,(tall, skinny, with bad teeth) literally yelling, using profanity towards his employee(s). In my opinion, it's VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and disrespectful to the employee(s). I have also seen the same person behaving the same way towards customers. One incident involved a lady wanting to purchase a face covering, only to be denied, yelled at, cursed at, and called a d*** bi*#h. I haven't returned to that store since. I have patroned other stores since then, only to find that this unfriendly, rude, & non-appreciative attitude towards the customer is common with Most of the employees of Plaid Pantry. This company will never see my business again.!!!
