Bought a small bx2380 tractor a year ago. I have no idea what I'm doing and have broke it or been unable to use it several times. And each time, Sean from Pacific Tractor comes out and helps me get it going again. The support is unparalleled. If your in the market for a tractor, especially if it's your first one, go ask for Sean at Pacific Tractor.

I echo the sentiments from many of the other completely satisfied customers on this review site. Sean K is the quintessential sales "consultant". He always gave me unbiased and knowledgeable information to help me make the informed decision. The Kubota line sells itself, and unlike the "green" dealerships, the salesman didn't need to grind me to make a questionable purchase. I literally couldn't be any more satisfied with the MX6000 purchase, and look forward to making many more visits to this store.

I don't know what happened to this place. Used to be grate. Now it's not.... Cory ran it into the ground. Lost my business and I retract every recommendation I have ever made about it.

I recently purchased an SVL75 from Pacific Tractor, more specifically from Cory Achziger (sales manager). Previously I purchased an kx033 a couple of years ago from Cory and since I was treated like I was the only customer he had to deal with, no pressure just the facts that was great. So naturally I went back to Pacific Tractor when I was in the need of a good used skid steer if possible with low hours. Cory had just the unit I was looking for and when he quoted me his price it was much lower than others I had reviewed on line. Sight unseen I made the deal on Cory's word that this unit was literally a new 2020, and he was right! So Cory it was great doing business with you again and I look forward to looking to you once again for my next purchase.

they gave me a price over the phone, i went in week later when it arrived and after confirming I wasn’t a returning customer they told me that was wrong price and it was 35 instead of 20

I purchased my BX23s about a month ago. Best experience! I LOVE my new tractor. I worked with Corey, who is extremely knowledgeable, a good listener, and thorough. I never felt pressured or rushed, and everyone there was helpful (no mansplaining or any of that kind of thing, which was experienced dealerships). Purchase, and pick up (I live outside the delivery range) were smooth, pricing transparent, and support is there when I have questions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
