Edgar was awesome! We are visiting from out of town and our battery was having issues. Turned out it was leaking acid and we barely made it to the shop before closing. We didn’t have any tools but Edgar stepped up and helped us change out the battery. We are so thankful and appreciative.

I have been a customer of this chain in different states and had pleasant experiences on all. This Hillsboro one dropped the ball.
Waited in front of the line ( ok, no line) and saw the lady at the counter answering more than 3 while 2 guys could have help.
Even the manager was unpleasant to talk to, and no assistance was offered.
Made it easier to go down the street and purchase everything I was looking for..
especially due to the fact they were eager to assist.
Sometimes, people don't realize they are the image of the store.
I usually don't do negative reviews. Just don't say anything about them.
But sometimes, someone who may care may see a review and wake up.
On the other hand. I ended up finding great people on a different store and got what it was needed.

Worst experience and will not shop at any O'Reilly Auto Parts store in the future. Ordered an O2 sensor on Saturday and was told it would be delivered on Tuesday and they would call us. Called multiple different times on Wednesday and no one answered the phones. Couple more calls on Thursday. Bunch more calls on Friday and no one ever answered. Went into the store on Saturday and they said it should have arrived on Tuesday and if we haven't picked it up they probably returned it. Also the phone was ringing the whole time while inside and no one answered it.

I'm Brock down and frezzZing because of O'Reilly's it's there falt I'm here and they don't care at all!! Well I thought I was getting help. well now,that help is turming out to be a night mare an I could lose my bus over this. I just want them to do the right thing And also FAIR .anyone I Have talked to all say yes he's at fault.But yeat so far I can't get any help at all ?

Slow to wait on me, and others.Saw 3 or 4 employess but only 1 guy at the counter waiting on a line of customers. Poor customer service/management in my opinion.

Needed to replace the fuel pump and filter. Fast, knowledgeable service hooked me up with the parts. Part prices were less than expected. I was blown away, though, by the no charge rental of the fuel pressure gauge. Had a hold on my debit card for the full amount if purchased direct. Then 3 days later I returned it and with an hour or so my bank received the credit. Highly recommend this store for its standout staff.

Unfortunately, wrong parts inside boxes on special order. So have to wait again for next one to come in to finish fixing car.
