Don't decide based on the overall rating! New owners who have gone out of their way to satisfy their customers! Always friendly, always helpful, and they even ask customers their thoughts and suggestions on what products to carry! Great place to go!

If you want to be treated poorly for asking about allocation info, and then be judged and criticized at the register while purchasing other non allocation product.... Instead of, you know, thanked for your business...... This is the place for you! The employees seemed fine, but this was coming from the manager/owner gentleman. I can't remember such a poor experience at a store of any kind for quite some time. I highly recommend anyone looking for liquor, look elsewhere, this place definitely doesn't deserve your business!!

How is this place a two star on Yelp??? Wow, way off! I had never been into this store until I found it yesterday. Let's start off with a shout out for Kyle as his customer service is outstanding, He came out from behond the counter to talk with me, was knowledgeable about bourbon and made good recommendations. He took the time to explain that the store was under new ownership and the vision of what they were looking to take their whiskey program to. Thanks to him, I spent an hour in the store and walked out with a $190 bottle of Doc Holliday bourbon (along with a few others) when I had no intention of spending that much. Clean store, great variety and a goal to improve even more, you cannot do better than this. I am now a loyal customer and will be back in two weeks. I hope to meet the new owners to thank them in person.

Was a little apprehensive about coming back here but I read there's new owners so I gave it another chance. Greeted as soon as I walked in, friendly and helpful staff, will definitely shop here again!

Under new ownership since Dec 22, James was friendly in helping me find some hard to source liquors (like green chartreuse). Place was clean, and good selection. I'd shop there again!

Walked in the door. We were greeted promptly by a friendly worker who guided us to the right section and made a quick recommendation. Store was clean and bright. We were in and out within 5 minutes. Great experience!

I came in for some scrap boxes for my move. Friendly young lady helped me out and was really nice , I also bought some tequila not the cheapest but will do . After reading these reviews I wish I would have met the dragon lady , seems like a fun challenge I love seeing people pissed off. Until next time.

I would have recommended a while back maybe even a few weeks ago but it seems the greed bug has taken hold of this location as well as many others in the area. It used to be my "go to" to get reasonable prices on what some would call "allocated" but not truly allocated whiskies. It is disappointing to see smaller shops like this have to resort to greed over customer loyalty. It seems to have finally hit those store so I will be looking elsewhere. This review is in particular response to the price hike for whisky row Old Forester product but see this rise in price for other liquor that is readily available so not sure what is going on with the management here.

Although never truely satisfied, I've been going to this place with mixed feelings for several years and usually spending $100+ per visit. Its the closest liquor store to my house, but they're never really friendly, and the selection is not up to par with others in the area.. The most recent time, my wife and I happened to have only one mask between the two of us, so I asked if they had any extras. After my wife had already put it on, the distasteful woman with drawn-on eyebrows who just sits there all day said, "we charge a dollar each for those." Certain she was joking, I chuckled and we started shopping. An upcoming holiday party, as well as a few Chrismas gifts for friends and family resulted in our bill coming to $315. On the drive home I realized that, sure enough, there was a line item for the mask: $1.00. Once home, I called the number and none other than the irritable old lady answered. I told her I was surprised to see the mask charge on our receipt because I thought she was kidding. She reiterated that she had been serious. I asked if she would rather keep her dollar or keep us as customers. She said to (and I quote) "shut up." Had I thought for a moment that an establishment would charge a dollar for a single disposable mask, my wife or I would've waited in the car for 10 minutes, but that is beside the point. The point is, I work pretty hard for my money, and I'm not giving any of it to a business that doesn't value its customers. And this one definitely doesn't. If you're looking for a liquor store in this around here, you should choose one of the other dozen around. I know I will from here on in.

The owner of this particular OLCC has a horrible reputation in the neighborhood for her rude, abusive, off-the-chain behavior. I quit going purely based on her behavior.

The two gals there couldn't be any nicer but as mentioned, be aware of the dragon lady. She will go to the extreme to make sure the customers will leave uncomfortable, and treat you like a nuisance. Don't bother ever hoping to get limited whiskies, as every bottle they received are "reserved" as they say. When asked about the reservation system, the old lady couldn't give a clear answer. Probably just backdoored for profit.

Regular customer: I purchased a vape product from their store and it was non-functional. Requested a replacement of the same product and was told they wouldn't take it because I didn't call and they don't guarantee they work. No where is this mentioned or visible in their store. Not sure what's the difference between going in the store vs. calling. Paid for another one. Same thing didn't work so I went back to get it replaced and was told to shut my mouth by the owner while being polite the whole time. After years of going here I'll be taking my business else where. Horrible customer service. Please note the cashier was very nice. The owner on the other hand was very bitter about the return and insulted me in front of customers. Never in my life have I been treated like this in a store. Product was pulled from the shelf after my second visit. No refund was given still. I'm left to deal with the manufacturer. I expect a poor response to this review. Look how she treats everyone that leaves a bad review. Calls them names, no respect, very unprofessional. Absolutely mind blowing
