Shomari was so professional, very courteous, well informed and provided me great insights into what I needed with my car in the near future and then provided a 10% discount on helping me with costs. I love Valvolines efficiency and timely manner in which they provide their services. I don't go anywhere else, unless my Toyota needs specific care with a mechanic that Valvoline doesn't provide. Friendly, good reasonable prices, and very accommodating and professional. Trustworthy every time I go.”
“My car broke down while we were driving, and I did not know why. I had it towed to these guys. They answered the phone, were responsive, Got us in quickly. I had no idea what was wrong with the car, they could have told me the flux capacitor needed to get replaced and they needed to service whatchacallit and I wouldn’t have known the difference. Truly, the issue ended up being relatively minor, and so was the price to fix it. Meg Was highly communicative the entire time. You never want to need a mechanic, but if you do, I do encourage you to check these guys out!”

“Service was fast and professional. However, jiffy lube does up sell you and charges various shop fee, extra for more then 5 qrt of oil etc... Making the overall cost of oil change expensive. (Eg: $76 to $109 for 2015 Toyota Highlander).”
