Omg I’ve never written a review like this in my life, but I have to stand up for my sister and her horrible experience at this salon. To be clear, this review is only about one person at the salon. I don’t know her name, but she is very old. The salon seemed clean, and the staff I talked to was very professional. This place has excellent reviews, so they are clearly not about this one woman. Without going into great detail, the woman was terribly rude and condescending as my sister asked for “even” nails. They were crooked. My sister said the whole appointment up to this point the woman was very rough with her hands, kept cutting her cuticles until she bled ( several times) and was very short and rude. My sister said she was so nice and never said she didn’t like her nails, but asked if she could make them “even.” The woman asked if my sister wanted to do it herself. My sister said she didn’t, and the women shoved the nail file in my sister’s face, and said “you do it.” So my sister sat, embarrassed, in the salon and filed her own nails. Trying not to cry the whole time. When it was time to pay, they slid my sister’s card, and finished out the transaction. My sister asked where the “tip” line was, because believe it or not, my sister was actually going to tip after being mortified in front of strangers. She replied with, “well you weren’t liking what I was doing and you weren’t going to tip anyway.” With that, my sister left sobbing. Me, being that big sister, went back and asked to speak with this woman to ask her about her behavior. This was very difficult for me to do, but to treat someone this way (after not being provoked) doesn’t sit right with me. The young woman I spoke with was very nice and wanted to fix the situation, but my sister never wants to go back to the place that forced her to file her own nails and embarrassed her terribly. Like I said, this salon has excellent reviews and everyone seems nice. Just don’t go to the old woman in the back. She will ruin your day for no reason at all.

Very nice location and friendly professional staff. I've been twice so far and was very satisfied with my nails both times. It's hard to find a good nail salon and this spot is a gem!

I recently visited Natural Nails for a full acrylic set with ombre acrylic powder, and I am beyond thrilled with the results! Thai, the nail technician who worked on my nails, did a fantastic job and truly exceeded my expectations. Not only was Thai incredibly skilled and detail-oriented, but she also took the time to listen to my preferences and make sure I was happy with the final outcome.The salon itself was also lovely - it was clean, modern, and had a relaxing atmosphere that made me feel at ease.

I got a pink french manicure with an almond shaped acrylic full set done by Tai. He was amazing and super quick. He asked for my feedback throughout the entire process and it turned out perfectly to what I wanted! Will definitely be coming back!

I never post reviews so this is big for me. This is by far the best nail salon to go to for acrylic sets. The male nail technician is so precise, his techniques are very well executed. I can really tell that he wants to give the best work every time! He will absolutely nail every photo references given. Would recommend to anyone. Prices are good for the quality of work as well.Service: Acrylic nails

This place was filthy! All the products were covered in dirt, finger prints & spilled product. One nail technician stopped working on the nails of the gal next to me to take a cigarette break! then came back smelling of smoke & didn't even wash his hands before continuing to do her nails!

i've always had nails for a few years now and even though my shape was good and the design was pretty on point, the acrylic was applied way too thin, i had to go back after two days of having them to fix a nail that snapped, and here i am today not even two weeks later another one snapped, while i was literally scratching my head, i feel a plastic piece floating in my hair, i paid 80$ for this set and have barely had them two weeks and already had two issues.

Family owned company. Super nice, great customer service and attention to detail. Their prices are fair and my nails last over a month. I finally found my new nail spot. Yay!

I live an hour away and was going to be in the area, my friend referred me to this place and I couldn’t be happier!!!I have the BEST Halloween nails. Exactly what I wanted.They are very respectable, professional & quick! Offered me a beverage & made sure throughout my fill that I was happy with them.I couldn’t be happier and will for sure be making the drive every few weeks for my fills ??
