Great assistance and inventory, as always! Switching over to Open Farm dog kibble, and was given an info sheet to understand the timeline and ratio of each food during the change.The lavender coat spray has been my favorite dog bath supply, it smells incredible!My pups always love when I visit Mud Bay cause they can smell the treat samples as I’m walking through the door ??They donate good condition returned products to local shelters, and that is such an amazing policy!

I love coming here the staff is friendly, the quality of the treats make my pets happy. They give you samples and ice found things my animals liked because of those.

The woman behind the counter (with the beanie and glasses) was kind enough to give me sample bags of my dog's usual food. They they were out of stock tonight, and I couldn't haul the big bag home, as I was on foot. Service at this store is always excellent, but this really went above and beyond! I did not get the women's name, but shout out to you!

Nice little boutique pet shop. Far too expensive for regular use, but my dogs like to wander around sometimes for special occasions.
