I'm really grateful for the guys that run this place. They were very helpful and helped me save money and helped feel I had made the right choice seeing them.
I would recommend strongly going into the store and seeing what they can do for you.

I'm the first person to ever come in with a broken phone!!!!
They keep telling me to call 611 on my phone. It's broken. Oh sorry we can't help you. Also the whole time I was dealing with them they had people on speaker phone listening to the whole transaction. My pin, my #, My name, etc. That can't be legal or safe for my info. I Call customer service they say go to the store with your ID. I do and they say I have to call 611. The way I was treated felt very very illegal. The whole vibe in the store is very sketchy, even down to the security guard. Boost and Cricket are just across the street go there, really. I ended up having to buy a super cheap barely works phone to just call 611!!! In which I called to get my info to transfer my account. I was in tears. I got hung up on 5 Times. They said they were sending texts and didn't. It felt like a scam. A phone company should be able to help with a broken phone. But I guess I'm the first

The 2 kids working at this place are scammers I believe. I ordered the $50 plan and bought a phone for 85yr grandpa and the dude said oops I accidentally put you on the $65 plan and to late to change it

Went in here to split myself off of an ex's bill and add my roommate onto mine a few months ago. I just found out that instead they left me on the original plan, added the other person on, and I have been paying for my ex for months!! Still dealing with that headache. Thanks guys!!

Spoke with someone previously that night asking if they had an iPhone 11 and a 12 and was told yes they would honor the promotion going on. Called today spoke to a guy named Mike the owner when asked if they had the devices available he said first yes they had them available if I was going to get a new number or same number I told him I was porting my daughters number from AT&T then made some excuse how I need to call him back in 5 mins to see if he has it available I asked him why if he just said he had them. Strange???? Called back no they won’t answer my call willl pick up and hand up. Where did Metropcs great customer service go? It seem like if your not Arabic or Muslim they won’t help you. What going on Metro by T-mobile?

I'm a senior and mess up my phone and tablet often, they have been wonderful. Went in thinking I was going to need a new tablet and the girl there was able to fix mine for no charge. Thank you so much! I should have got her name, she deserves a raise.
