Cancelled half a day or work to get my standard recalibration appointment, there they informed me I would be able to have the system removed in two more days, so I booked another appointment. Again, leave work early to have it removed and the tech informed me I should call dmv to verify before removal. (I figured that should be done before informing the client they can take it out, then setting up a removal appointment) Upon calling dmv, I was informed that was in fact wrong information and the unit is to remain for several more months. I was then made aware that the shop only calibrated and cleared my device for the next ten days, time enough to get my unit removed. I will need to take more time off from work and then have the unit calibrated again for the normal duration. This also generated a couple of hours on the phone between dmv and corporate to clarify what was actually going on. Huge pain and no one has made a mention of reimbursement for my time away from work, multiple trips to a recalibration facility and just being a general headache.
