Better prices here than at home depot for most items. They have a better selection of flooring options here, but their vanity options were lacking. Good thing home depot is right next door so you can shop at both. The employees seem to know where everything is if you get a chance to ask them.

I recently bought a Craftsman Tool Cabinet. I shop at home improvement stores often, haven't had occasion to shop at Lowe's since moving to this area. Mike, the sales associate who helped me, really went out of his way to provide great concierge-type customer service. He was very knowledgeable, helped me secure a discount for a slightly scratched display unit, facilitated getting another part of the unit from the back storage area, then provided a personal handoff to the checkout clerk and getting help to load the cabinet in my car. All of the staff clearly showed interest in making my experience positive. It really left me with great feeling about your store. Thanks! Mike E., Cornelius, OR

I have a very good experience buying my fridge here. In about 30 minutes I was done. And they delivered the next day. The delivery personal were very kind and profesional.

I love lowe's. My biggest complaint now is the lack of cashiers. Saw 3 gals at customer service /order pick up just chatting away... And only checkout open is self check, and after about 8 people were waiting they finally called for a cashier. I am not a fan of self checkout, at any store, especially when it have questions on how to adjust quantity and there is no one around.

I usually don't find what I am looking for here. And the customer service is often lacking. :( Even when you ask for help, everyone says they don't have whatever I am looking for, or they say they will send someone to help me, but never do.Update: Changed from one star to 4 stars. Donnie in the plumbing department bent over backwards tonight to help me. It was an amazing experience and was incredibly smooth.Update again: I went to return something, and didn't have my receipt. They said they will only return things for up to 30 days without receipt. HomeDepot will return things from many months ago without receipt. Once again Lowes, you have reminded me why I like HomeDepot better. Back down to 1 star.

This store (company as a whole) has a poor return policy. Home Depot (next-door to this establishment) has a much more consumer friendly return policy. Do to poor upper management leadership policy implementation, you are better off shopping elsewhere.

How is this store next to Home Depot is beyond me. That home depot won't be there for long with the service at this Lowe's. Greeted upon entry and every department I traveled in I was greeted and asked if I needed help. Very clean floors and organized aisles making it easy to search for things. Shelves stocked. Parking lot has some few people from I'm assuming home depot selling oranges which caught me off guard, but not a threat. Handyman inside handing out their business cards for service which wasn't bad. Overall a great store to be at. Would definitely shop here again.
