I have been coming here for over 12 years but will not anymore. In the past my car was always well taken care of by Mr. Nguyen, but now he has become too busy and my car isn't worth fixing anymore apparently. I brought my car in because it was not starting but cranking. Mr. Nguyen made a full inspection and told me the repair would cost me more then the cars worth. That the car engine was totaled. I took my car to another auto shop and found out it was just a spark plug... he also damaged my car while it was at the shop, broken fender and light... He has misdiagnosed my car in the past as well thinking that a misfire was spark plugs when it was a dead water pump. I should have known better, he complained sometimes when fixing my car. Good luck understanding him.
