Unprofessional, incompetent, unethical, and unapologetic. The agent we had (Aubrey Martin) dropped so many balls we terminated our listing agreement with her. She failed to communicate effectively, failed to disclose dual-agency, failed to show up when scheduled to do so, pressured us to take an offer we didn't want to take, put the wrong property on our listing flyer misrepresenting us entirely, and encouraged us to take not one but two offers she said were absolutely solid - both failed due to financing. She tasked her assistant with a great deal of work - a woman so incompetent she didn't complete one task successfully. Our house was also burgled while she held the open house. I reached out to the managing broker (Thomas Dye) multiple times regarding all the issues we had and received no response from him whatsoever. No one at this brokerage gives two shits about you, your experience, your property, or their professional and legal obligations in real estate.

They are not knowledgeable at the properties they have for sale. In my opinion the real estate agent should know the ups and downs and send out of the whole property to sell it. Still interested in a property that I have yet to get any information on other than size and where... Very unreliable company.

They paid close attention to detail. Know their stuff. Very friendly and helpful. Do what they say they're gonna do and when they say they will. They sold my house for me fast and even when to my house ahead of showings and did last minute things like opening all the blinds. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and use them again if I need to!

Looks like if you are not Chinese you are invisible to them. We walked into the house and this lady, Meng Li, didn't even looked at us. She didn't even say hi and we were 3 feet away from her. She ignored us and continued speaking Chinese with other customers. We waited a bit for her to just say hi or look at us but it was a full ignore in the face. We let ourself to see the house and still full ignore. We left... $&@) it! Never do any business with these people, they target specific racial and financial groups. To them your are a walking wallet. Zero for humanity.

After the death of my parents, I had to prepare their home for sale. During this difficult time Tammi Dupree and her team were very patient and supportive but also gave me direction as to what I needed to do.
