Did not have a prescrubbing device to remove bugs. After going through their wash facility TWICE, I had to go to a gas station and use their windshield scrubber on the front of my vehicle to remove the bugs. They acted like it was my fault when I complained.

I took a trip and had a bunch of bugs on my car. The wash would not take them off. I went through 3 times and the bugs were still there. They advertise like new after wash bogus! False advertising! Then to go through again for the bugs for the third time, that it should have got the first time they were going to charge me again for what the wash should have removed the first time. I went home and washed it. Bugs came right off. Don’t expect them to do what they advertised.

The staff were great. The wash was great. The vacuums were awesome. I wish this was in my town!

Good people. Once again, took the time to look over my truck with its rack mount tent to be sure it would be protected and that it wouldn’t damage their equipment. I usually get a straight up NO from most car washes. Kaady cares. Good clean truck every time. So happy! So is my truck!

This car wash is extremely aggressive. It tore the molding by my windshield off and I have to get it reinstalled by a glass repair company.
Also, it is needlessly overstaffed. I had three people pointing me where to go. A simple arrow would’ve done the trick.

A great New and clean carwash. Lots of bays with long suspended vacuums for detailing after the wash.
Update: instead of the buy 3 get one free deal they have a monthly subscription. You would need to wash your car at least once a week to get your money's worth. It's not as good if a deal as it once was

This place isn’t great… the process does a lot of damage to your car. If you want to pay $15 to get a bunch of minor scratches and damage done to your car send it my way instead.

7/12: haven't been here for a while. Surprised they discontinued the "Buy 3 get 1 free". Now it's a monthly subscription. Sorry, but I don't like monthly subscriptions. I think they're a rip-off. So I'll just buy 1 time washes (Ultimate) or do it myself.
Prior review: Nice facility. Always timely, very little wait time. Always spots available for vacuuming. We usually do the "Buy 3 get 1 free".

Been coming here for years because they actually clean your car very well, employees are always nice but cars don’t get dried that well so make sure to bring lots of microfiber towels. The vacuums are excellent because of the strong suction. My only complaint is that we noticed that the car wash has been rough when cleaning. Lots of banging loud sounds and my license plates always comes out bent. Both front and rear license plates are bent every single time we come. A family members car also reports their license plates coming out as bent. I recently bought a new license plate and have been removing both of them before going to Kaady

Staff is professional and helpful. My car was looking great after the wash. I went on a weekday and it was not busy. Seems to get busy on weekends.
