Horrible service that cost me over $2000 in overpaying taxes. I had to go to another firm to fix all of H&R Block's mistakes because they refused to fix them! Their "Piece of Mind/Max refund guarantee" means nothing apparently.

Honestly, it's absolutely not worth it. I usually do my taxes (easily and correctly) by hand. Mine were a bit more complicated than usual this year and I expected to work with someone who would be doing more than just entering numbers into a computer and getting a result that would be the same I would have gotten and not even explaining the details of how my extra tax liabilities were being taxed. If you don't know how to enter numbers into a computer or do taxes by hand, maybe it would be worth close to half of what they charge, but otherwise don't waste your money like I did. ?
