“Nice, clean rooms. Very quiet. Small pool and hot tub, which was enjoyable since no one was around. Small fitness center was fine, although the volume controls for the TV monitor on the treadmill didn't work. Good hot breakfast and coffee. Walking distance to restaurants. $12 paid parking.The only issue was hearing the water pipes vibrating in the walls at midnight. It didn't last more than a few minutes, thankfully.Other than that, my family and I enjoyed our stay.”

“Stayed in the spacious 2 bedroom suite for 2 nights. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was ok. Staff were very helpful. Although I did encounter an issue with a discounted rate/coupon not being honored through a third party company the staff were doing their best to try and assist Me and I appreciated them for going above and beyond. I will be choosing this hotel to stay at again when I come back to Beaverton, Oregon area. (did not post a pic of bedroom with 1 king size bed because My Father in Law was on the bed in all the pics I took... lol)”

“Had to get a room during the Jan 13, 2024 wind & snow storm when power was out and it was sub-freezing out.Rooms: Allowed pet (dog) with a $50 non-refundable deposit. Really nice when a wind storm knocks out most power in the area and temps are below 20°F. The staff adapted quite well to the chaos of their hotel filling up to capacity very suddenly.The next morning the kitchen staff kept the free breakfast area constantly in stock despite the overwhelming flood of local refugees of freezing conditions in our own homes.”

“Having stayed in many Marriott Group Hotels, I’ve seldom found one that’s friendlier, cleaner, or better appointed. The rooms are spacious and the kitchens, well stocked with cookware. The bed is so comfortable with a great stock of different types of pillows. The staff are outstanding. Willing to help with all needs and queries and very knowledgeable on local restaurants, shops, attractions etc.The complex has a secluded village feel to it.I can’t recommend this place highly enough, whether it’s for a short weekend break, or a longer term stay.”

“Larkspur landing is pretty decent for price but It isn't, anything out of the ordinary? Service is pretty decent I'd say, they don't have a lot of flexibility in there laundry schedule which can be annoying at times. Their room service is about every 3 days and they do pretty decent job cleaning up the room they do pretty good on that part.”

“One of the only places that still lets me stay. very forgiving and understanding staff compared to the other hotels in the area. "No little dogs!" I am still reminded after sneaking one in the window without paying a deposit. Please note: with a deposit, it's okay to have them \(_)/!”

“Excellent location. Shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, public transportation nearby. Very clean.The big plus for me is the kitchen, laundry and general overall feel of a 4 star hotel but a more subdued atmosphere.I feel welcome and it feels more like a home than just a place to stay. I am single without family or pets so my needs are minimal as I like it!”

“I really like and enjoy staying at this residence inn! Ive stayed here numerous times and the entire staff is friendly and welcoming. I love how close to running and walking I am to trails and coffee shops. This place is kept clean and smelling good at all time.NOTE: Only reason I don't give it 5stars is because I feel that people should not be allowed to smoke right outside the entry doors.
