“Location wise, it's in the middle of an industrial area. So, there are no shops or restaurants. But it still has easy access to the freeway and is only a few min away from town. Great breakfast and dinner, good people working and visiting.”

“Good service but strange network policies. I got two laptops and two cell phones, they will be disconnected every week (same day but not same time). Cannot reach the login page due to too many redirection. It needs prepare MAC address then call network provider to help.”

“Stayed here for a business trip. The location of the hotel was good. There's several restaurants very close by and a Winco if you forgot something or wanted water for your room as opposed to paying for the $5 bottles left in as part of the kitchenette.
My only knock on the hotel is that there isn't a housekeeping service performed each day.
They do have breakfast on site, which should be good for most.
The staff was friendly and courteous.
I see that some reviewers commodore about the cleanliness of the facility and rooms, but that was not my experience.
I would stay here again. It's quiet and not expensive.”

“One of the only places that still lets me stay. very forgiving and understanding staff compared to the other hotels in the area. "No little dogs!" I am still reminded after sneaking one in the window without paying a deposit. Please note: with a deposit, it's okay to have them \(_)/!”

“This is a hotel that has been around for a long time. (At least it was in 1998)
The service was good from then on.
There was rice and miso soup for breakfast, and there was also a Japanese newspaper (although it was a day late), which was useful.
At that time, it was not yet an era when you could browse the internet on your smartphone, so even a newspaper that was a day late was a blessing.
Coffee and cookies were always available free of charge.
It's a really good hotel, the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable, you can cook your own meals, and shopping is nearby.
I would like to work with you again if I have the opportunity.”

“Emma was so thoughtful when we checked in. She was very accommodating for my needs (I was having a total knee replacement the next morning). The room was more than just spacious, and the kitchen was fully equipped. The free breakfast was a bonus & good... the lady working it, was very nice. Emma & the staff were very polite & helpful. Thank you to all !! We will definitely stay here again when needed. The location is very quiet”

“First thing is the place stinks all the time everywhere. It's like more an apartment complex then a hotel. Garbage everywhere hallways, stairways. Oh DO NOT take the stairs, they are unstaniti zed the stairs, the handrails especially and doors. Just dirty.
Then finally it was the COCKROACH I seen at the bottom of the stairway door!!”
